We had a great stay at the Cozy Inn, Otaru. Building is very well laid out, and rooms were fairly sizeable, new and clean. There isn't much of a common area, or kitchen etc but that's fine as there is lots in the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful, it's one of those properties we wish we would have stayed longer.

Staff was friendly and very hospitable. The room was large and spacious. However, internet was slow and there were limited facilities. Generally, about 20mins walk to the main part of town and great that parking is free.
