"I’m not sure why this place was rated so high. It was not maintained well and the room had a musty odor! It took an hour to get enough cooler and fresher air in! The bed was ok, but the sheets were not soft! The lighting was atrocious! I checked in late due to a work event, and the staff put me on the 3rd floor (no elevator)! The young person was speaking to me through a window with a microphone and her voice was so high pitched and she had a heavy accent so she was difficult to to understand!"

"The hotel is beautiful on the outside, with rustic stone giving it a lodge-type feel. Our room could’ve used an update (the 1980’s called and want their cabinets back!) but had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was kept very clean and well stocked. And there was a slightly different variety of foods daily. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The price that I agreed to pay Hotels.com online wasn't the price. This unusual property in the suburbs only has vallet parking, with almost no other options nearby. So, although it appeared to be $30 less than other nearby properties, it wasn't when the parking was included, it was the same rate as other properties. This was misleading and untruthful. The food was also very limited, especially for a healthy eater. The billing was misleading an confusing. My final bill shows no charges. So, am going ot have to work on figuring out my expenses. The room was nice, though not worth the effort."

Very nice place the water in the pool seemed a little cloudy than a normal pool, but I’m still OK well, Tesla people were using the other charging systems instead of Tesla units and it kind of messed me up at times because they only had one regular charge and the other was broke"
