Beginning with the welcome and helpful advance call from Valerio and Yassmine, my stay only got better. Valerio arranged for tours and conveniences and Yassmine ensured that my dining experience was superb! All staff, including the dining room hostess, were marvelous. The property is perfectly located and convenient, very clean, and comfortable. I will return!

We enjoyed our overnight stay in this beautiful town. The hotel was very central, we were provided a map on arrival and given clear parking instructions. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple but adequate in a lovely light room. Staff all helpful and polite.

One of the nicest small hotels I’ve found in europ

This is an incredibly nice hotel and possibly one of the highest value hotels I’ve ever stayed in across Europe over many decades. It’s more modern than cute but very, very comfortable everything.

Excellent location

Very nice hotel in the center of Ascoli Piceno. Location is the main pro. Rooms are renovated and clean, good AC. Staff and service arevery friendly and good. Breakfast included is good. Overall great value for money. The cons for us were that the wifi didn't work at all, and parking is a bit annoying but manageable. The valet service is a good alternative for maybe a day but you need to sign a release where they don't take any responsibility for what happens to your car, and it has time limitations. If you're staying for longer it's definitely more worth to find another parking option that's cheaper and probably more convenient to reach. This said, they provided us with lots of different parking options, public and private. Overall we had a nice and quiet stay and would come back. We did not use the spa facilities so cannot review that offer.

The hotel was very pleasant. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. There was no television in the lounge which was weird, only the bedroom. The parking was confusing as you have to park outside of the town and walk in, not a bad walk but if we did not call reception we would never have figured it out. We booked this hotel for the spa but unfortunately they told us we could not use the services, including hot tub or sauna, after a long italian trip we were really hoping for that, as it is advertised as a spa resort, that was disappointing. Overall a beautiful town and nice hotel.

Horrible

Parking nightmare. Hotel advertises valet but it’s not available despite my rental of 2 suites. No cooking utensils, plates or pots in 2 rooms with kitchens. How do we use the kitchen?? Dirty sheets for my daughter on check in. Finally we had a family emergency and had to leave early and they told me at check out “if you would have booked direct we could have refunded you.” Not kind, nice or helpful at all. If you don’t want people to book through 3rd parties, then don’t sell through 3rd parties. You’re much better to book the place next door.

La Struttura è più appariscente di quello che sembra, la pulizia della camera è molto latente per non parlare del Bagno. Una struttura che si definisce luxury ha un arredamento minimal e spartano e non può permettersi di avere una reception che chiude alle 21.00. Buona la colazione, e l' accoglienza della ragazza alla reception al check in. Forse il mio commento è dato da 30 anni di lavoro in hotel a 4 e 5 stelle.

Nel centro storico di Ascoli un soggiorno da ricordare Con mia moglie, mio fratello e consorte abbiamo soggiornato presso Di Sabatino Resort. E' stata un'esperienza veramente soddisfacente e che contiamo di ripetere allorche' ne avremo l'opportunita'. Camere spaziose,luminose,moderne, letti molto comodi, arredamento funzionale, pulizia ineccepibile. La colazione, in un ambiente curato ed elegante, con 3 tipologie di torte fresche e deliziose, croissants,frutta fresca, ampia scelta nel versante salato formaggi,prosciutto,torta salata),succhi,bevande calde e fredde.ll personale alla reception e in breakfast room gentile ed efficiente.Una piacevole sorpresa.

Posizione eccellente. Receptionist eccellente. Stanza piuttosto piccola, mancante di frigo, cassaforte, comodini. Il lavandino del bagno non era nel bagno ma in camera: difficile lavarsi le mani di notte senza svegliare chi dorme. Colazione sufficiente con qualche piccolo particolare da rivedere, per esempio mettere delle ciotole per chi ama i circa flakes col latte.
