"We did not know to call with an arrival time so there was a lot of time used working out what to do. But when we met Daniella she was so nice and spent quite a while explaining everything and how to use the car park - off site. The room was part of one of the old buildings inside very modern and just around the corner from the Piazza del Popolo. And what a great town and atmosphere to spend time in. Loved staying here."

"Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits...

"we stayed for two nights but would have loved to stay longer ..the family were ..yes all four generations so friendly ,generous and welcoming ..The meals we ate there were unbelievable ...we will never forget them.. The rooms so original ,so beautiful ..and what a joy to walk through olive groves ..grape vines and vegetable gardens ....A must stay for anyone visiting Le Marche .."

"Great place to spend a few days. Nice grounds you can make use of to relax among the trees, good breakfast and good-sized room with modern bathroom. Great views over the city - walk into town via stairs which might not be for everyone. Great host who takes care to look after the guests - the suggested walk through Ascoli is highly recommended. "

The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain. All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!"
