It is clear that they genuinely care about your well-being and are consistently polite. A special mention must go to Katerina. Her problem-solving skills and people skills are excellent, and she handled every detail with grace and efficiency. She is clearly a great leader and role model for the rest of the team, setting a high standard for hospitality. To top it all off, the food is great. Every meal was delicious and well-prepared.
