I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff and overall service were at an outstanding level. A special mention goes to Kowther, who assisted me in the lobby. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude were remarkable. She demonstrated the qualities of someone who deserves to be in a management position. Her service reflects both her own dedication and the strong support and training provided by the leadership team. I also want to recognize the Front Office Manager and her team—they were equally outstanding. Thank you to the entire Hilton Corniche Alexandria team for delivering such a memorable experience.
