Thank you for your feedback, I am disappointed we did not meet your expectations fully when you recently stayed at the Baymont Inn. We acknowledge the hotel is due for an upgrade. In fact we had a soft refurbishment program scheduled, but then COVID prevented us from proceeding. After COVID the supply chain issue delayed the program even further. We started the program in the winter of 2023. We hope you will give us the opportunity to service you better in the future.
