  • This spacious home has a wonderful location to everything you will want to do while in Asheville. Monthly discounts! Please message for inquiries.

    The rental includes a private entrance, a large bedroom with a King size bed( New Zinus 12in Memory Foam King Mattress), walk in closet, modern kitchen with dining space that opens to living area, an outdoor patio with seating, a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, full size tub, and double vanity. Abundant off street parking, and HiGH SPEED WIFI access. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway and downtown. Guests will have access to the entire house and private outdoor area.

    Located just down from Biltmore Village (Biltmore Estate) and just a few minutes to the center of downtown. Just down the street from several breweries, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, antique barns, and HWY 40. This location is central to everything Asheville. Please note that there is a separate apartment above with separate entrance that is not a part of this rental. It is not connected to other apartment from inside.

This place was very cute, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location for several attractions like the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The only issue we had was the noise from the upstairs apartment. Especially in the evening.

This place was so clean! There was a laundry detergent pod on the washer for us which was great because this was our second stop on our trip and needed to do some laundry. We had everything we needed with grocery store close to make breakfast each morning! And it was close to the areas we wanted to visit as well as the Biltmore! It was just like home!

The heating system needs something more advanced to control the temperature. Some of the drinking glasses had a heavy film on them from over washing and need to be retired. The dishwasher didn’t dry properly after selecting the heater dry option. Great place and location!! Very comfortable place to stay!!

This place instantly felt like a home away from home. It is apparent that no expense was spared in making this place as comfy as possible. From the decor all the way down to thr amazing comfort of thre bed. I would 100% stay here many times over!

Stayed 2 nights and spent most of my time away from the VRBO.The space was large and the furniture was clean and comfortable.It had all the creature comforts in a great, quiet location that was close to everything.No sweetener or creamer for the coffee but that was no big deal.

Great location in asheville

Great location in Asheville, convenient, easy parking. Very clean and well appointed. The baseboard heat is a little tricky but the property manager outlines the instructions in the welcome book! I would definitely recommend this spot as a nice alternative to a hotel in Asheville!

Cozy and beautiful

This was a wonderful place to stay! The space was beautiful and comfortable for the two of us. We didn't utilize the kitchen much but it was nice to have as an option. The shower space was wonderful! It was spacious and well lit. I would definitely stay here again if we travel back to the area.

Cute little place

This is a super cute little place. Close to everything we needed. Everyone is right the bed is to die for. I usually don't sleep well when I am away from home, but w this bed I went right to sleep and slept all night. I will say I am sensitive to noise so I did hear the people in the apartment above us but they we very respectfully and got quiet around 10ish and remained the that way all night. Don't pass on the place if it's available.

Convenient Hideaway

This place was perfect for our time in Asheville! The host was quick to respond when we arrived and needed the new code for the door lock and was extremely accommodating. It was spacious, has a comfortable bed ( seriously... could've just lounged all day in that thing) and everything you might need for a short or long stay. It's secluded enough to where it's quiet and you feel away from the city but close enough to have plenty to do. It's walking distance to Biltmore Village and several awesome breweries. Just be mindful that there aren't any sidewalks and it isn't going to be a quick 5 minute walk but we didn't mind that. Ubers were also quick and easy at this location which made it convenient for us since we flew in and didn't have a car. The only downside we experienced was the noise from the guests in the unit upstairs but would definitely stay here again!

Clean & Spacious

Visited area in winter. Split time between being a tourist & working remotely from the VBRO. Nice & close to Biltmore, not far from downtown. Unit was clean and spacious. Its attractive. Couch comphy. TV in living room, no TV bedroom which is fine with us. Wi-fi worked well and that is a Big plus for us. For a whole day of desk work the chairs were pretty hard and lighting insufficient, so I worked off couch and coffee table. My spouse worked off kitchen island. We made it work. This would be a good unit to have others over and cook a meal in the kitchen as the kitchen and living area are pretty big and parking more than ample. Bed is memory foam.

First VRBO experience

Place was spacious, clean, well -lit and comfortable. But it was not easy to get around, even walking for exercise. Most roads around the property don't have sidewalks. The welcome book in the property would have helped me more if there were instructions for using the laundry facilities, the shower, the Smart TV. I didn't use the TV or laundry anyway, but that info could be useful. Most of my time was spent at sister's residence in another part of Asheville. I thought I'd be closer to the actual Biltmore Village, but realized after arriving that going to the Biltmore Estate was not feasible anyway for a variety of reasons. I wanted to stay in that locale because my parents (who are both deceased now) loved to visit the grounds there. So, the visit was different from what I expected, but it did meet my basic needs. Plus, I contributed to the local economy by using Lyft and Uber a LOT. ☺️Thank you

Ok, but surprise details we didn’t know about.

It was a decent place. When I stay at an anything other than a hotel, I am always looking for at least the equivalent or better. This place has a full kitchen like a hotel wouldn’t and we wanted a kitchen space to cook and heat/reheat. The dishwasher is LOUD, though. Run it while you’re out and about, not while you’re sleeping. The glasses were streaky like they had been hand-washed at best. And one had a dead mosquito in it. We washed dishes before we used them. The bed is comfy, the bedding was nice. But the baseboard heaters are super inconsistent! On the lowest setting we were sweltering, they don’t seem to turn on/off with any sort of internal thermostat. We ended up cuddled under the blankets at night without the heater or running the fan if it was on. The floors are concrete, which are aesthetic for the space, but BRING YOUR SLIPPERS! They are freezing cold! The bathroom had bug guts smashed on the wall, the closet has no hangers, and the shower liner was moldy. We had a cleaning fee, I hope the cleaning team pays closer attention before the next guests check-in. Since we paid a cleaning fee, and I specifically look when I book for any expressed chores, I was SHOCKED to find a “checkout procedure” list of taking the trash to the curb, washing dishes, and stripping the bed. None of that was mentioned in the posting. Everything requires driving. The neighborhood is not walking friendly. Overall, a little expensive for the value and felt a little misrepresented.
