Great place to enjoy downtown

Perfect size for 3 couples coming to enjoy Asheville for a few days. It was convenient to walk to downtown and park our car. The place was clean and comfortable.

Great location!

The house was very clean and stocked with all the items we needed for our short stay. It is located very close to downtown with easy access in and out and lots of walkability. Would definitely stay again!

Modern, hip spot with a cool balcony walkable to all things downtown

Such a cool place. Interesting vertical design with an elevator and a view of the south slope area from the balcony. Very walkable to breweries and restaurants.

Great location

Wonderful place, new, clean, and modern. Also decorated very nice! Had a great stay and the location is perfect since it is only a 10 minute walk to downtown and a two minute walk to the closest brewery!

Convenience in Asheville

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at 92 Southside. The beds and showers were wonderful and the outside patio was a big hit. We had plenty of space to talk and enjoy our trip. I would suggest letting your guests know the coffee maker is a Kuerig, we had to go by pods since we took ground coffee. One bedroom does have can light that is loose. Overall an excellent property and the elevator is extremely helpful. Perfect location to get to the Biltmore!

Beautiful Townhome - Walkable to Everywhere

We stayed here for a long weekend and the townhome was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. We walked to all of the breweries and restaurants. The townhome itself was very clean and we enjoyed the fourth floor balcony. We have all decided that we will try to stay here again when we next visit Asheville.

Wonderful Experience

The property was excellent! Very comfortable, easy access to Biltmore property and other sites. This was my first time utilizing Vrbo accommodations and my first time to Ashville. I had to contact the property managers with a couple of questions and they were very prompt in responding back to me. We definitely will be returning to Ashville and I hope that we can get the same accommodations.

Thanksgiving trip

Property was as listing described. Very new, clean and roomy. My wife and I were joined by our son, his wife and two teenagers. 6 people total and plenty of room. We went to the Biltmore which was only about 1.5 miles away. Definitely will stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhouse was perfect for our family of six. My parents had their own sitting room so they could have some quiet time. :-) Great location. We walked everywhere. Would stay her again.

OMG, what a gem!

We had a couple, a 9 year old, and one pair of grandparents stay here. It's new and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Just a short uphilll walk to downtown to have dinner and drinks and only a 15 minute drive to go tour the Biltmore. Super clean, easy check in and check out. Very responsive hosts (we had one ceiling light that needed a minor fix they took care of right away) Can't say enough about how great this place was for us.

Fun weekend getaway

I traveled to Asheville for the first time over Presidents Day weekend. The condo is in an ideal location, walkable to many breweries, downtown, and we even trekked over to the River Arts District. I especially enjoyed the Hi Wire garden in the RAD. The condo is perfect for 3 couples. It was very clean, bright, and felt new. The garage is a little tight, but we made it work with one SUV and one sedan.

We were .5mile from downtown. It is vertical living, but the elevator was super useful for a friend who has mobility isssues with stairs. Generally the unit was clean, but there was mold/mildew on the floor of each shower. Had I packed flip flops, I would have worn them in the shower.

Great townhouse in great location!

We (three couples - 6 total) stayed for four nights. The location is excellent for exploring the multiple of breweries in South Slope, as well as for walking to great dining spots downtown. Also, easy driving access to Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. The place has lots of living space, and we loved having the big balcony (saw 4th of July fireworks from there!). The furniture is well-maintained and comfortable. The only (minor) downsides for us were: 1) Ice machine didn’t work well. 2) My wife and I stayed in the bedroom on the lower floor - you could hear everyone walking upstairs. 3) A couple of the carpets should be taped down so people don’t trip over them. Overall, a great stay - we highly recommend! Also, there’s a great coffee shop (with some baked goods) called Farewell a couple of blocks away.

Perfect Rental for Asheville!

Great layout for 6 people. It was very updated and spacious. Everything you need is there and it was extremely clean. The outdoor patio is such a nice amenity to have also! It has 4 floors, but the elevator INSIDE the unit was nice. We were able to tightly but easily fit a large truck AND an SUV in the garage. There were a few issues: codes and the router but it was taken care of by property management within 2 minutes! The location couldn't be better! We came for Biltmore and breweries so we were a short ride from one and heaven walking distance for all of the beer. While we were there we decided to check out the WNC Wildlife Center.
