Could not recommend this place more. Beautiful, quiet hotel with amazing facilities. The breakfast is amazing and the onsite restaurants are very high standard and good value compared with local restaurant options. Perfect location in Menorca for a relaxing break with short drives to the old capital city

A wonderful, relaxing hotel that brings a feeling of peace when you step inside. Highlights included the friendly and helpful staff, the delicious, plentiful breakfast (including both buffet and menu options), the pool area and the calm and relaxing rooms. Overall a lovely hotel to spend a week in August.

A gorgeous hotel in the perfect location, right on the marina and close to lovely restaurants. The staff were incredibly attentive. A special mention to Rafael, who looked after us so well, and Elena, who was wonderful and always made our evening nightcaps special when we stopped at Kaypa on the way home. A wonderful stay with a beautiful setting, excellent food and exceptional service. We would happily return! Thank you for a fantastic week!

The resort is beautiful and in a great area. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and touristy shops. The staff were also very friendly and helped me with all of my needs. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the room service and breakfast but the pool and drinks were great. The one issue I had was the GPS took me to a location 15 mins away and then the 2nd time it took me to the other side of the property. There is not an actual address for the suites. Eventually I found it, and there is parking directly in front of the hotel but it can get pretty full quickly. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

Stayed three nights for a romantic surprise get away with my partner in a superior double room. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and professional. Loved the sun beds and pool with swim-up bar. Foc brasserie for all inclusive breakfast and the Kaypa peruvian restaurant were both outstanding. The rest of the marina was more average and what you would expect of a 'resort town', but there was little reason to leave Suites del Lago.

This hotel was incredible, rooms were cleaned twice a day, staff were excellent. It was so relaxing and a lovely atmosphere. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so good either, the food was amazing and a far better standard than them all inclusive general type buffets.

Incredible stay

An incredible stay at Suites del lago, exceeded all expectations. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms& facilities. A couple of minute walk away from the marina which has lots of beautiful restaurants, would highly recommend.

The staff are attentive & friendly, the food at the hotel is top quality with plenty of choices. If you fancy a change, there are plenty of good restaurants around the pretty harbour. The resort is quite, perfect for a relaxing break.

Everything was just perfect the service attention to details the room the breakfast all was very good Not so sure of the use of the pool with room it is tiny and very cold also no privacy as it is directly to main pool The Peruvian restaurant was excellent

Had a short 2 day stay. The hotel did a room upgrade for us which was nice of them. Also the service was great and amenities are awesome. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely return

This resort is excellent! I HIGHLY recommend staying in the suites with your own private pool. It is well worth it. The complimentary breakfast buffet and hot meal is very a really nice added touch and the service is great. It is walkable to nearby beaches, restaurants, harbor and shops. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will return!

Very nice set up. Restaurants were plentiful and varied but (at least for our tastes), a bit overpriced for the food quality on offer. Staff were pleasant but not particularly warm - could be hard to get service. The exception to this was breakfast which was exceptional in terms of food and service level. Overall a great stay, but room for improvements.

Lovely stay at Lago Suites

Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. Also, given it is a 5* hotel, i expected it not be accessible for free (obviously pay for treatments). Breakfast at the suites was also truly exceptional, i would come back again!

Incredible 5 night stay, June 2024

Wow!! Fantastic 5 night stay in June. We were two couples travelling together. We both had the suite rooms and they were amazing with lots of room and storage. Clean, fresh and lots of features with multiple TV’s, HVAC and lighting controls. Nice balcony too with a view of the pools. We had the half board and ate breakfast’s and dinners at the FOC restaurant. Food was incredible and service was amazing. Staff were so friendly. We had a car rented so used it to successfully explore the island. We also used the hiking trails that start near the hotel. Also highly recommend the boat excursion with skipper Mark - fantastic way to spend 4 hrs. Loved it!!
