Property is located in Cala Galdan which has few beaches around however they all are at 30/40 min walk at least, recommend having a car. Property was good overall and the staff very welcoming. Could do better on communication, waited for a call/text when the room was ready for the check in, never got it

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and our stay has been brilliant. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really welcoming and great ambassadors for the hotel. The hotel facilities are great; the pool is lovely and padel court was a great surprise to us! No matter what time you go for breakfast, the selection of food is fresh and vast. One of the best things about the hotel is how quiet it is, so peaceful. Thank you again for another excellent stay

A great home base for our stay in Cala Galdana. A short walk to the beach, several restaurant options, grocery stores, hiking trails, and more. Lots of space, clean and safe property, and very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel lobby and restaurant is really nice, they recently refurbished it. Rooms are quite nice, but they should renew bathrooms and kitchen stove is not in a good condition. We stayed for 8 days and they did not change sheets. Towels were taken away and they did not bring new ones. Overall it is quite clean. Pool is very nice, clean. Breakfast buffet it nice, but it gets quite busy after 9 and then they struggle to get everything clean for new guests

Good experience

The hotel location is amazing, close to the main beaches and full of local restaurants around. The breakfast was very good! The room was big and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is not having a very helpful staff. They were friendly and kind, but didn’t help with information about how to get to some beaches. Me and my friends lost some precious time of the trip because we were told to go to Cala Turqueta by bus, from Ciutadella. We got there and found out that the bus ticket had to be bough in advance. We lost 1h30 of that sunny day just because we were not given the correct information. So don’t expect to get information from the hotel. Also don’t expect to get any help to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room. There were a lot of stairs, especially if your room is on the last floor. Apart from that, the experience was good and we would come back!

All’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di formiche nella stanza. Ci hanno assegnato un’altra stanza, peraltro non idonea per tre persone, nella quale abbiamo subito riscontrato perdite di acqua dal pavimento con continuo allagamento. A quel punto, per fortuna ci hanno assegnato una terza stanza, questa volta idonea per tre persone e in linea con tutto quanto pagato per il soggiorno. Apprezziamo lo sforzo del personale per sistemarci adeguatamente.

Très bon séjour

Hotel très agréable, chambre spacieuse, très propre, climatisée. Coin cuisine que nous n'avons pas utilisé (avec kit vaisselle à disposition). Accueil très agréable du personnel, échanges faciles. Boa estadia

Pelo custo benefício tivemos uma boa estadia. Para quem tem foco em fazer as praias do Sul, a localização é ótima porque fica bem pertinho das trilhas para Macarella, Macareneta, Cala Turqueta e walking distance da Cala Galdana. O quarto é grande e confortável, só não gostamos muito do chuveiro. O café da manhã em estilo buffet deixa a desejar.

Café da manhã excelente e todos os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. O ambiente do hotel é muito agradável e a localização é ótima, a praia de Cala Galdana foi uma das melhores! Único ponto negativo é que ficamos em um quarto alto e um pouco “longe” e como não há elevador, ficou cansativo carregar as malas de escada. Mas super recomendo.

Un hôtel à conseiller !

Un hôtel très agréable où le personnel est vraiment sympathique. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles avec un petit balcon, rien à redire sur la propreté. La salle de restaurant est très moderne, le seul petit bémol il faut parfois patienter un peu pour avoir une table. Repas variés et de bonne qualité. Hôtel très bien situé, à 20 minutes de la belle plage de Cala Galdana et à côté de chemins de randonnées. Un parking est disponible à l'hôtel et il y a des places gratuites pour stationner dans la rue à côté. Hors saison, quelques magasins et un petit supermarché sont ouverts à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel.

Siamo tornate ieri dal nostro viaggio, La struttura è molto comoda sia per i servizi che si trovano a poca distanza sia perché gli spazi comuni sono grandi e ben arredati. Il mare di cala Galdana dista solo di una lunga discesa ma fattibile sia per distanza che ripidità. Il personale è sempre molto gentile ma nel ristorante e nelle camere la pulizia andrebbe migliorata e anche le indicazioni delle cose da mangiare sono troppo vaghe e per le intolleranze è impensabile. Comunque nel complesso lo consiglio come hotel, ma utilizzerei la cucina dell’appartamento. A presto Minorca.
