Near Dupont State and Pisgah Nat. Forest

Fully renovated stone cottage overlooking beautiful green pastures in the Little River Valley. Located just 5 miles from downtown Brevard, 3 miles to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest and 3 miles to Dupont State Forest. A spacious covered front porch offers the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. This tastefully decorated cottage with vaulted ceilings has one bedroom/one bath and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. The perfect place for a quite romantic weekend or as a base camp for accessing all of the outdoor adventures the area has to offer. Bikers welcome, wash station available. Please note we do not charge a cleaning fee or any additional fees.

My husband and I were in town for a family reunion. The location of our VRBO was perfect. We went to Jeter Mountain Farm to pick apples, DuPont State Park to hike to the falls and to Brevard College to play a round of disc golf. So much to do and such a beautiful area.

It was a perfect Fall Mtn. W. E. This is a special place for sure. Everything was as it was described and more! Even had firewood and starters! Location was ideal for Piscah and Dupont, and dwntn. Brevard. Host Gina was wonderful too! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place! Love the cows, sherp, and cats too!

A slice of paradise

This little home was absolutely amazing! Our host has thought of everything to make a get away here comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed being spoiled with this exceptional rental ! It was close to so many great things to see and do and our host was delightful. Our sister trip couldn’t have been more special with these accommodations.

Perfect little cottage

Myself and my 21 year old son enjoyed our stay at this perfect little cottage. We spent three nights in the area hiking waterfalls. It is close to everything, but quiet farm setting. It was very clean and comfortable!

Anniversary Getaway

Farm View Cottage is the perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway. Great location with an amazing view. The cottage was very cozy and clean. We highly recommend staying here if visiting Brevard.

Impeccably Clean and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend of rest and relaxation at this cozy cottage! It is conveniently located within a 20-30 minute drive of Brevard where we walked the town Farmers Market and shops as well as Hendersonville where we enjoyed a lovely supper. We highly recommend this location!

Crab Creek Cottage

The cottage was great. Perfect for my wife and I to use as our home base as we explored Brevard, Pisgah, Hendersonville, and DuPont Forest. Everything was as advertised. I loved that it was surrounded by the pasture and farm.

Lovely weekend retreat

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed the cottage. It was very clean and had all kitchen amenities we could need. And not least of all, a beautiful yard and view of the opposing mountain. Sitting on the porch reading was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. Our host was very friendly when we had chance encounter, but she didn't intrude in the cottage. The location of the cottage was really great, too. We were within 15 minutes of Brevard, parks and great hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are very appreciative of the Coan family. Thank you!!

Beautiful setting

This is ideal for a weekend getaway (or longer) as it's convenient to lots of great hiking trails as well as the town of Brevard. Lots of good restaurants nearby, too. The host is very responsive.

Paradise

Love this property. It’s beautiful and has a fire pit on property for you to use. Has beautiful Mountain View’s. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway and many more things to see. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Little Cottage

Perfect little cottage for 2 night girls trip! The bedroom is a nice size and the couch made into a bed! Sitting on the porch in the evenings and also in the mornings was very peaceful! The owners were so nice and extremely formative! We truly enjoyed our stay!!! Would definitely go back and would also highly recommend!!

Mom/Daughter trip

We had no plans just winging our trip. Ms Gina the VRBO owner was the sweetest and so welcoming. She even gave us a few ideas of things to do. The cottage is perfect very cozy!!! The views are perfect. It was the best place to stay and relax. I’m already talking to my husband about going back to visit!!

Peaceful View

This cottage has beautiful views all around. The porch was our favorite spot to unwind and relax. We travel to the area often and always stay somewhere new, but this place is a special gem that we will definitely return to. The host is kind and friendly. We absolutely love it!
