Perfect place to have a family get together.

Great stay

We enjoyed the home and all it had to offer. The driveway was a bit rough but we managed it. We were informed that the pool table had two broken legs upon arrival. That was disappointing for us. We were looking forward to our family pool tournament. We overcame and enjoyed the heated swimming pool instead. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The home was clean and well-stocked with towels and supplies. The kitchen and dining areas were great for our extended families to enjoy meals and game time. The theater room was perfect for looking at old family photos and watching movies. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub in the evening. Bears were spotted near the property, but they were not an issue. We were close to neighbors and tried to be respectful. We were even able to get pizza delivered. The home could use a little more outdoor lighting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this as a location for a family gathering.

Great place for a weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The kids didn’t want to leave the pool. We had plenty of dishes and utensils to cook the food we brought. Great stay overall!

We had an incredible stay

We had an incredible stay! We had 4 generations together, and the location accommodated all of our various needs—from limited mobility to mountain bike enthusiasts, there was something for everyone both on property and nearby locations. Our hosts were so helpful and responsive to every question, before we arrived and during our stay. This was a beautiful property and we would gladly return in the future!

Home Away From Home!

Our stay was amazing! This property was well thought out, has all the necessity, and a few extras if you've forgotten something. The cozy lounge areas, the book of laid out instructions, etc. We went as couples, and there was more than enough room for 20 of us & we will absolutely will be returning!! The communication was superb&very prompt before,during&after our stay!!

Great location and premises

Great location and premises for our three generation group. There is so much to do on the property we hardly needed to leave. From great morning walks on heart pounding inclines (one the private road) to gaming in the rec room and lounging by the pool this had it all. Thank you we will be back!

Stayed here for a girls' weekend

Stayed here for a girls' weekend and had a great time. We had plans to go into town one of the days, but we ended up just hanging out by the pool because it was such a gorgeous day. Host is responsive and checked in upon our arrival to make sure we were able to get into the house and find everything.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! Getting in and checking out was extremely convenient (no long list of things to do) and Mighty Tree Properties always checked in to make sure we were doing well. Everything was clean and they had plenty of fun games and a swing to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Extended Family Gathering!!

We really enjoyed this property! Our extended family group of 13 had plenty of room, and were all able to gather around the table for dinner and games!! The teens loved the media room, pool table and ping pong….we all loved the pool with plenty of pool toys and floaties and hot tub as well. We grilled our dinner the majority of nights. Great family time for us in beautiful Ashville!

Very private

Very private. Enjoyed the fire pit and on the back deck felt you were surrounded by trees. We enjoyed the huge island in the kitchen and the open feeling so we could all enjoy the conversations!

Trip with eight girls

We booked this trip with eight girls and we all had our own bedroom which was nice for a weekend getaway. The rooms, bathrooms and sitting area were all very clean and there was an ample amount of space. I wish we were able to stay longer so we could take advantage of the wonderful pool table, ping-pong table, Pop-a shot and all the fun activities. However, we took advantage of the wonderful lounging areas to hang out and reconnect and reminisce with close friends.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home nestled away 15 mins or so outside Asheville. Had an amazing hot tub for relaxing and some fun games upstairs. Lots of room for family and/or friends to crash and have a good time. Management company is super responsive as well. Definitely recommend

We had such a great time, beautiful place with beautiful views, the house is huge with a lot to do inside and outside, the only thing we will say is at night its super dark and we could not find any lights to turn on outside area but besides that the place is amazing.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The host checked in with us on a daily basis over text if we need anything or if they can do anything additional for our comfort during our stay. Fantastic

This place was fantastic! Even better than the pictures because pictures can't show the feel of the space. We were a large group of adults with 8 children under the age of 9. We never felt crowded even when we were all in the same general area (kitchen and dining room.) The children had plenty of space to run around inside—unfortunately it was a bit cold to spend much time in the wonderful yard. The house had everything we needed—plenty of towels, soaps, dishes. This house had more supplies than any home we have rented! I know some reviews have mentioned the steep driveway…we did not think it was bad at all—but winter might be a problem if it were to snow. I checked with the adults in our party and everyone felt the same way…it was a wonderful place for lots of people and everything “worked.” Nothing broken and the kitchen was well equipped. We highly recommend this place if you are a large group staying in Asheville.
