Birthday Weekend
This cottage was perfect for our girls weekend! Very clean and cozy. The location was very convenient to many wineries, restaurants and to the main strip in GOTL. I would definitely stay here again!

Celebrating Friendship and Sheri's 60th
Jeff was a wonderful host. From the time I booked the cottage until we left he was so easy to get ahold of. He made sure our stay was special- extra snacks, a personalized welcome sign, and card. The place was beautifully decorated, beds were comfy, everything was cleaned, kitchen well equipped. Perfect location with amazing view. We will be back!

One night stopover
Property was nicely decorated. When we got there it was swarming with some kind of bugs on everything outside. Could not enjoy outside because of this. Outside also needs better upkeep. Tried to open doors for air and found tons of these bugs outside on screens but had also made their way inside of screen. Also needs better upkeep. Really wanted to love this place but no upkeep outside and not being to enjoy it was kind of a let down. Dont know if bugs were a once in awhile issue especially since it was above average temperatures. Campground next door has run down old campers outside kitchen window across the way. Welcome card and chocolate was a nice touch upon arrival. Just wish we could of enjoyed the outside and fire pit. Very quiet.

Hi Wendy and so sorry you did not experience a 5 star stay. Those bugs are called Midge’s and swarm when the lake temperature is at 60 degrees and they are annoying but short lived. Hopefully you will consider a return if you are in the area.

Great place
This was a top notch venue for an overnight stay with my husband and to use as a venue for greeting our brand new greatgrandbaby. The facilities were very clean and well equipped and the host was amazing, even allowing us an early checkin and a late arrival. The location was beautiful. Small welcome touches in the house such as a placard welcoming us by name made it special. We will be back sometime when we can relax a bit and explore the area. 5 stars!!

Lovely
This was a wonderful place to stay with a great view. We really enjoyed having a spot for a relaxing fire and we had an amazing view to watch the stars. I'd absolutely recommend this spot to anyone

Two night getaway…
It was spectacular, I did all of the research and made the right choice, we just wish that we would have stayed a few more days!. We have two dogs and everything was great. Watch your smaller dogs because the local Eagles are on watch…

Perfection!
Beautiful view of the lake, adorable cottage with a gorgeous kitchen and so nicely decorated! Wall of glass doors letting you have that lake view from kitchen and dining room. The patio was perfect and the fire pit was just what we had looked forward to after the beach. Everything you could need was provided. We will definitely be back!

Delightful Place!
We thoroughly enjoyed this place, the location and, for our time, the weather! This home was quaint and appointed very well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The welcome sign and note, candy, plus a plethora of goodies made the house friendly indeed. I lowered the rating on the “Cleanliness of property” rating due to the fact that, as much detail that went to the inside of the house, the outside could have used some attention. All in all, this place is a gem. Secluded, right on the lake. A very nice, shared sitting deck. With the benefit of being so close to many activities to do and to see. We will indeed be back.

Annual Girl's Trip
Cozy cottage for a girl's weekend. Spent a lot of time on the deck, soaking in the rays and beautiful views. Kitchen and patio had everything we needed for lunches/dinners. Friendly encounters with neighbors/other guests. Check in/out process was a breeze. Jeff is a friendly, responsive, thoughtful, accommodating host. His place has everything you need for a relaxing/comfortable stay. Definitely a Geneva gem.

Peaceful Retreat
Property owner Jeff has created a beautiful, peaceful retreat right on Lake Erie. The house was extremely clean, the furniture tasteful, and the kitchen a dream. (If only I had brought anything to cook!) The property has a breathtaking view of the lake, with access to a shared deck that we used several times during our stay and only encountered other guests from the area twice. We did a lot of traveling this trip, and I have to say staying at this location was a highlight. I'd love to come back and stay longer someday.

The best cottage by the lake
This place was amazing we was right by the lake. We got up in the morning made a cup of coffee and went on the back deck and watched the boats, birds, ducks, and jet skies. This one even looked like a cabin. We slept like a baby. The owner was easy to get ahold of and easy to talk to it was amazing.

Happy with rental
My group enjoyed our stay even though it was off season and couldn't take advantage of the outside amenities. Great communication with owner and was flexible with our check in time. Kitchen was stocked with some snacks and coffee. Rental was clean with really comfortable pillows.

Great Getaway Spot
The view from this property is gorgeous overlooking Lake Erie. Would recommend bringing extra pillows and blankets as we didn’t find many. Otherwise very welcoming and the host was easy to work with! Will be back.

Great getaway
Took a short family getaway to the lake. The whole family enjoyed the house and view of the lake was spectacular. We only stayed 1 night and wish we could have stayed a couple more.. Just wish the deck was complete to sit and relax while looking over the lake but I will book again and enjoy the enjoy when the deck is finished. We all look forward to our next visit and will definitely stay again.

I love Lake Erie
The cottage is nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is ample with plenty of utensils and pots, pans and baking sheets/dishes to create meals. There is also a grill and a nice patio. The firepit is fun for summer nights. It is a nice property. The neighboring properties contains some questionable buildings however( a dirty, scary trailer and empty garage).
