"Good and bad: GOOD: This place is in a perfect place by the beach.They have a small but nice and cool pool. The restaurant has a nice view over the ocean, the food is ok, BUT BAD: We do not find their menues transparent enough to show that they add a liquer-tax of 22% plus 9 +9 % other tax. Other places there that we visited did not do that, their prices were all inclusive. Room: the room we got had a bed that was obviuosly not checked before handing over the room to us. We found paper crap and...

"Stayed for 4 nights at the property. Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, location is excellent. All Rooms are pool facing, views from some of the rooms are spectacular. The staff is also very friendly, specially the room service and parking guards. Did not face any issues coming back late night also.Highly Recommended for north Goa stay as it is located conveniently near all the insta recommended cafés and bars😀"
