(EN:) Great experience overall. The front desk staff and management were extremely attentive, helpful, and polite. Breakfast is simple and doesn’t offer a huge variety, but it covers the basics well. The location is excellent, although we did have some issues with the side street being blocked at certain times of the day, which prevented taxis from getting through. This happened when we were leaving for the airport and we almost missed our flight because of it. The room itself is very small and cramped, and the bathroom is literally right next to the bed, which can be quite uncomfortable when sharing the room with someone. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but next time I would try to book a larger room. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. —— Português: Ótima experiência no geral. O quarto é bem pequeno e apertado; o banheiro colado na cama tira um pouco do conforto. No mais, voltaria a me hospedar, mas tentaria um quarto maior.

Very small room. Although clean the cleaners were very unfriendly. Reception and breakfast very friendly.

Location was great - 1 block from Cafes. Room was small- very crowded for 2 luggages & 2 adults. 1/2 of a closet to store. Breakfast was €15- should have been free. The older lady at the desk was very pleasant & helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a little small for all of our luggage, but that was not a problem for us, and I think this is quite normal for hotels in Paris. The bathroom was very clean, the towels were fresh, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff was truly outstanding! Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Even after we checked out, they kindly kept our luggage until it was time for us to leave for our departure. While we were waiting in the lobby, we asked if we could have some coffee and tea, and they were so kind to prepare them for us—even though we had already checked out. That level of hospitality really made us feel welcomed and cared for. The hotel is also centrally located and very convenient for sightseeing and getting around Paris. There is even a restaurant directly across the street that offers room service to the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience. The cleanliness, location, excellent staff, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable amenities made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!
