A wonderful place to call home for a few days while in Aspen. Centrally located so you can walk anywhere and yet not be too far away. The team at the property are amazing. Always willing to help and support what you need. Highly recommend a stay here

For the money (about what you would pay to stay at the Aspen W Hotel per night) you get convenient access to Ajax gondola, and buses to other mountains and obviously the town, which we love. What you also get is a condo with no working thermostat, extremely hot with no ability to adjust temperature. Had to open deck doors at night. You also get super loud annoying music from the outdoor DJ at the ajax tavern patio (do not stay here if you want to nap or have children who need to nap). The air is incredibly dry and only one working humidifier. The pillows need to be trashed, probably because of people bringing pets. Why do renters allow pets? I woke up with mucus in my mouth every night and we slept terribly the entire time. The condo is not nearly as nice as the pictures.. brick a brack furniture. Nasty old wall to wall carpet. The kleenex and toilet paper were like sandpaper. There was no dish or hand soap in kitchen. Next time we will stay elsewhere. This was a ripoff.

Dire need of updating.
The unit was clean and a great location. It's in dire need of updating. If you don't mind going back to the 80's decor and well used furniture...This place is for you. The bed's were hard and new bedding is needed.
The price must be based on location. All and all it was fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay here again.
We had the sliding doors open because the place was very warm (day and night). It's a noisy location because you are so close to everything. That's a good and bad thing!

The staff is very helpful. The condo was beautiful. Location is primo! Downtown, walk everywhere. Quiet. I would stay again in a minute.
This condo was right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance from everything. They had free, covered parking. And the staff was very friendly!
This property was perfect for me and my big family. We were looking for space, comfort and a nice place to stay and that is what we found. The check in was super easy as the checkout. The location of this place is very convenient, we found ourselves not using the car at all; for this they parking garage was also convenient. Overall the experience was great and would definitely stay here again.
the best location, wonderful balconies all around.
Perfect for our family! Privacy and good gathering space too. Our unit was very comfortable even though the furnishings were not new, kitchen was well appointed. Perfect location for skiing and enjoying the town.
The good: great location just steps from gondola and town. Good value for location and condo quality.
The bad: noisy at 3:30 am due to snow plows and not enough pillows. The two on the bed were too big (got a neck cramp). No jacuzzi on property, its 3 blocks away at a health club.
This condo was an excellent value for the stay especially when factoring in no resort fee and the free parking (probably saved us $70/night). The location can't be beat. You walk right out to the base of the gondola area. Rooms are very large with full kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms. There is plenty of space for a family. The negatives (although not a huge deal) are that small amenities like shampoo, conditioner and lotion (a MUST in the mountains) aren't included. The condo was pretty dated but very clean. Finally it wasn't all that well equipped for the kitchen. There weren't any spatulas (that was interesting trying to make eggs in the morning), salt or cooking spray of any kind. Basically if you want it you're going to need to buy it.
The location was great! We could walk almost everywhere. Overall the space was great; the kitchen/dining/living room was nicely laid out (not the light switches though). There were some small maintenance details such as light bulbs out in dining area. We had a running toilet which we fixed. We had to call down about an electrical issue and they were very responsive. Just seems to need some more attention to details between tenants. Kitchen was sporadically stocked (no pizza cutter) but when we asked for something they were responsive. The biggest long-term issue is that in the first bedroom there was no access to an outlet. There were others but difficult to plug items in the bedrooms.
The most amazing views of Ajax Mountain and city views too. So close to every activity Aspen had to offer. Perfectly appointed accommodations and a staff that made our stay a true Five Star Experience.
