"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. "The original unit booked was having “ WiFi issues” so the property manager moved us to a smaller unit that did not accommodate our party very easily. We had to be persistent to get into the originally booked unit, which had the space to sleep us comfortably. There was no WiFi, but otherwise lovely and clean. The communication prior to our arrival regarding this issue and the unit switch was not great and we only found out after hours and were not given a choice to keep the larger original Unit....
