"This property is truly a perfect place for a family gathering. We had 17 people, including eight adults and nine kids, ages 1 year to 17 years old. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked, spacious, and oh so charming! It was such a great touch that it was decorated for Christmas, too! You really thought of everything, and we are truly thankful. The location was close to everything Flagstaff has to offer, including such places as Snowbowl, The Polar Experience, Bearizona, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!"

"Yes, the house was very nice and the rooms were big. We enjoyed cooking s'mores outside with the two grandchildren and playing some games at the kitchen table. I do suggest taping some directions near the coffee pot. Such as the amount of water prr bag of coffee. Thank you for providing the coffee. All went well except no snow."

"Great location for events at Little America Hotel- we went for the North Pole experience- only a 7 min drive. Far enough out of downtown but short drive to ANYTHING you need. The patios and decks are perfect for taking in the views and scent of the pines! Quiet and relaxing with lots of games and activities available. Kitchen is well stocked- bring any disposables you may need (baggies, tin foil, etc - which I always do for rentals). Excellent communication throughout rental process, would definitely return! "
