We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around.

Accoglienza e gentilezza contraddistinguono questo B&B, comodo per muoversi , anche se non in centro ad Assisi. La possibilità di cucinare , molto gradita. I dolci della signora Marisa molto buoni e genuini.

Amazing views

Really nice family. The accommodation was comfortable/cool enough with open windows (no mosquito net) even without an air condition unit mid summer. The pool is a private pool however after I asked about it, they were ok with us using it if we wanted to. The views are amazing!!!

Un lieu idéal pour découvrir Assise et la région

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, très calme, avec une vue splendide sur les collines. L'accueil de Marisa est très chaleureux quelle que soit l'heure d'arrivée. La chambre mise à notre disposition était très confortable avec un coin cuisine bien aménagé et très pratique pour se préparer un plat chaud en rentrant de balade.

La struttura è in una posizione panoramica e silenziosa. Al contempo si trova a pochi minuti da Assisi e in direzione di un parcheggio gratuito e comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro. I proprietari sono gentilissimi. Fare colazione sulla terrazza è bello.

Adorable famille et Vue magnifique sur la vallée

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux d'une adorable famille dans un endroit convivial. La vue est magnifique. L'accès à Assise est très simple et de courte distance. Les hôtes ont à cœur de faire plaisir et de nous faire découvrir le meilleur de leur région. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. Un seul bémol, l'arrivée d'eau chaude dans la douche qui était aléatoire.

Pragtfuldt sted

Hotellet ligger helt fantastisk smukt og vi blev mødt at meget søde og hjælpsomme mennesker. Den eneste grund til at der ikke er top karakter, var at vi blev mødt af en dame som kun kunne italiensk, hvor vi havde forventet engelsktalende. Næste morgen var der dog en ejer der kunne engelsk.. Kan varmt anbefales.

Marina and her family were excellent hosts. Her Mom did some laundry for us which was so appreciated. Great breakfast and homemade pastries. Room was great and you dont want to miss the views of Assisi from this location. We would love to return someday.

Liebevoll geführter Agriturismo Betrieb!

Familiäre Atmosphäre, die einen beim herzlich zubereiteten Frühstück in den umbrischen Lebensstil eintauchen lässt. Die Oma backt Brot und Kuchen, der Hausherr macht Salami und Olivenöl und der Opa hat als Steinmetz die Zimmer detailverliebt gestaltet. So lässt es sich in ländlicher Umgebung, unweit von Assissi sehr gut Urlaub machen. Wer gerne in der hügeligen Landschaft wandert oder mit dem Mountainbike fährt, kann direkt von der Apartmenttüre loslegen und die Gegend erkunden.

Beautiful Views ans a Warm welcome

We stayed at La Terrazza del Subasio for a friends wedding not too far away. The family were extremely welcoming and helpful with offers of a taxi service to get up to and from the wedding venue. Top top it off they offered a wonderful spread at breakfast, which all items being local or homemade produce
