The space is spacious, flooded with natural light, and meticulously designed down to the last detail to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. • Living Area: A cosy living room awaits you with a comfortable sofa, a charming modern fireplace, a TV, and a dedicated dining area. The light wood floors and thoughtfully designed lighting create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
• Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with glossy white cabinets and an American-style refrigerator, it’s also ideal for preparing meals during medium- and long-term stays.
• Bedrooms: Two spacious and quiet sleeping areas, furnished in a contemporary style and adorned with elegant designer wallpaper, are designed to ensure the best possible rest.
• Bathrooms: You’ll find two brand-new, immaculate bathrooms—one with a relaxing bathtub and the other with a convenient shower—both featuring high-quality finishes.

Guest Access
The entire apartment is at your complete and exclusive disposal to ensure maximum privacy and comfort. Access is independent and flexible thanks to a convenient self-check-in system, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. You’ll receive detailed instructions before your arrival. The only space shared with the other two units is the elegant entryway on the ground floor, perfect for temporarily storing your luggage.

Other things to keep in mind
To ensure an optimal stay, please note the following:
• Bed Setup: Beds are made according to the number of guests specified in the reservation. For reservations for 2 people, a single double bed will be set up by default. Any different requirements must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

• Additional Costs: The cost for setting up an additional bed (not included in the reservation) is €30.
