"The Snug is in a good location to visit the Forest of Dean area and Wales. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and live on site. They have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a short break. It is well presented and although overlooking a main road is quiet and has parking at the rear. "

"We loved our weekend stay in the cottage! It is such a beautiful house. We felt so welcomed by the hosts and house itself was beautifully decorated and felt so warm and homely! "What a great find. Just needed an overnight near the motorway for travel purposes. Lovely place. On check in I mentioned I would be leaving before breakfast and the staff said they would have a breakfast bag ready for me when I left (without me even asking). Sure enough it was ready for me when I left at 5.30am next morning. Room was more like a small suite. Also used room service during the stay which was great "
