"This was my best hotel experience ever. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating. The amenities were very abundant, as well."

"The room was absolutely beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and the staff were so courteous! We had an amazing stay."

"Dinner is impeccably delicious! I also loved the white sesame paste I had for dessert in breakfast time"

"Very nice, new and clean. Food was great with side selection of both meat fish and vegetable dishes. The foot spar was under maintenence but it was too hot to sit outside anyway. Nice place would definitely stay again as it's also located a few mins walk from sea and the newly revitalized shopping streets."

"Very nice staff. Just difficult location to walk to. Definitely use taxi or Uber. Very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows."

"Excellency Rooms on Top floors are incredible. So nice to stay in a traditional luxury Japanese room. Use of Onsen each day was a great experience and the bonus of a private Onsen was great. Would stay again. Very friendly staff and all in all a very relaxing stay."

"Clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet!"

"Loved the fireworks and the location"

"very nice the place and the amenities are also good and the food delicious staff very kind.👌✌️😘"

"Great location, close to train station and the beach, very nice onsen."

"This picture and the place have no connection. This is the picture of the nearby beach. The hotel is not located here. It's about a few minutes walk from the beach. It's better to put a real picture of the hotel. Also, the hotel does not have an elevator and the entrance is narrow. It's difficult to carry bags to the 4th floor without an elevator. Also no facilities for keeping your baggage. You need to pay coin lockers"

"Thanks so much for your hospitality "

"Probably the nicest hotel stay we had in Japan. The in room dinner and breakfast, private onsen, and attentive staff made this stay worth it. 10/10 would go back again."

"We were a family of 4 and stayed for 2 nights. Spacious and comfortable room (make sure to get the rooms with a sea view - watching the fireworks from our balcony was amazing), good hotel amenities and the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Recommended"
