- Delays in check in over two hours - No Towels in the room - No hot water in the room ensuite - No pillow covers x 4 pillows - Room phone is not working - Unhygienic bedrooms & Toilets - Power Cut twice in same day in all the hotel - Bad smell in restaurant & it's air condition not working in very hot weather - Facilities like pool/billiards broken cues and table & with added charge - No double beds available in all the hotel as advertised but only two single beds available - Hotel advertised as 4 stars but seems very unlikely - No parking was available except far from the hotel

Arrogant Egyptians.. security guard wouldn’t let us pass (the Uber and me) I showed him the reservation on the phone.. and he said to call reception.. I did, and they wouldn’t answer.. ended up driving 1:20 outta the way to rebook a hotel for no reason.typical experience in Egypt
