Overall OK place to stay. Staff were nice but hotel has weird outdated policies about towels and key cards. You pay $2500 for your stay then they want to talk about charging you $10 if you lose a “towel cards”. Floors are made of very smooth marble and very slippery, so if you or a travel partner is a falls risk be very careful. The pool is very big and nice clean water but flooring is very rough and causes blisters after long time standing there. Beach is clean and nice but beach and pool restaurant take forever to bring your order (took them 90 min to bring me a lemonade). My blanket cover was not clean but housekeeping was quick to changing it. There is no express check in or out options and you mainly have to be Ok with waiting in lines to check in (waited for 30 min in line) and also to wait for them to physically check you out and confirm everything.

I enjoyed 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. Beach and property were immaculately maintained. Lots of people at the beach which was to be expected. Food was delicious at both the Italian restaurant as well as the seafood restaurant. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

Great place to relax and enjoy life.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The service was great, the rooms super clean, the food was excellent and the atmosphere is relaxing and agreeable. On the negative side there was no document featuring the services available such as laundry, restaurant hours , gym etc. TV. Channels are very limited and no lifeguard at the beach.

We stayed 4 nights at stella grand, in a sea view room. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and a nice view of the pool area. The sea and the beach are a bit far. The truely sea view rooms are very far rooms or sea front suites, The beach and the sea are beautiful. The pool is large with nice water falls. The 3 restaurants are clean and offer varieng menues.They offfer char grilled meat and sea food daily. The only drawbacks are the hotel is a part of a large compound, so the enterance to the hotel is a very long distance from the gate. The balconies do not have screens to prevent mosquitor or flies from entry. The staff is very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay
