"A real gem of a hotel. Lovely spacious rooms off the beating track but so easy to walk to key venues, catch tram and train or taxi called for by wonderful reception. Staff so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend a stay if visiting Rio…. I don’t think I would have been as adventurous if staying in the busy parts of town "

"It's a pretty good state but one of the things that people might need to know is that because you're downtown and close to a water source like the beach when it rains get mosquito repellent or mosquito spray which you can find at the stores.
