All of them were accommodating and helpful: Francisco and Gabriel were the ones that took care of my check-in, João took our luggage and our check-out was done smoothly by Hugo and his co-worker (forgot his name). "There is no hot water no microwave and no refrigerator in your room it's always loud and it's only one guy at the desk that helps you as you arrive all the other ones have you stand there for ten to 15mins while they do everything besides helping you "
"They've made a lot of improvements and upgrades to the hotel. The only issue is Wi-Fi which is going to be a problem since this is an old building with marble. It is a very beautiful building to look at especially the center of it and it is close to everything you need from transportation to restaurants. It's also close to a lot of bars and pubs and nightlife. The only thing that I wish is that we would go back to using ethernet internet. Sad to say though, those days are long gone and we'll have to stick with Wi-Fi. Oh I was saying that room service from the restaurant and the food is good."
"I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very nice and I had the room with the jacuzzi which worked very well and it was very spacious but not so big that you thought you were in a swimming pool. The Wi-Fi worked very well. Some of the stuff is a little dated like the TV but it is a very cozy space. Everything worked well in the room to include the TV and it was surprisingly quiet. There are many restaurants close by as well. It's in a very good spot."
"All right it was a pleasant stay but I have to shout out the maintenance crew. I've noticed in my visits that if there's a problem say like the lights need a new light bulb or something like you need to check the Jacuzzis they fix it that day and when you're gone for the trip to the beach or whatever when you get back is fixed. They started offering a lot more for breakfast too. The staff is wonderful as usual. They seem to be doing a lot of upgrades like the air conditioner in the room. They've been upgraded. "
