Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it accommodates up to 4 people, making it an excellent choice for couples, families, or travelers.



The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed for up to two additional guests, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen for everyday use. The balcony overlooks the main street, and the kitchen window offers a side sea view.



For your comfort, the bedroom has a modern air conditioner with smart functions and high energy efficiency, and there is a second air conditioner in the living room. A 55” Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are also provided.
