A unique listed building constructed around 1936 by the famous architect Metaxas, consisted of ground floor and first floor. It has been characterized as one of Athens' most emblematic buildings by Ministry of Culture. Renovated recently it boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 parking slots. Located in the residential area of Mets just East of the Acropolis, 25minutes walk from the historical sites of Athens. Mets is a safe neighborhood that gives you a taste of old Athens with traditional architecture and neoclassical houses many belonging to artists, architects, actors and writers.
Quiet pedestrian tree lined streets with steps to explore this fascinating area. Several shops nearby (bakery, mini markets, coffee shops, tavernas, shop gallery for gifts, schools, parks and playground for children, banks and ATMs).

Amazing sizable house in downtown Athens

This place was amazing. Huge 4 bedroom house in downtown, 30 minute walk to the Acropolis with tons of restaurants right down the street. Very clean. Vaulted ceilings on both levels. Would definatelty stay again when I visit Athens with the family.

We really enjoyed staying at this great property in the center of Athens. Really spacious and with parking. When back in athens we will for sure stay there...

Beautiful House Great Location

Fantastic house. We rented it for some friends of ours and they were so happy!!! Very high ceilings, attention to detail and spacious. Really handy the 2 parking places which is really hard to find in Athens in the center!!!
