This is a new vrbo and the house has been renovated! Only 1 mile to Downtown Athens! Bring the whole family to this great little but spacious farmhouse with lots of room for fun. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6-8) /1 bath/ cute porch/ full kitchen/ back patio with lg table and firepit! Beautiful property hidden from the street with large front yard! 5 window unit A/Cs and ceiling fans in every room make it quite comfortable! 2 cozy leather recliners in the living room sit back relax and watch The Game.

All rooms have been painted beautifully bright colors from ceiling to floor with new flooring in 3 rooms! 4 A/Cs and a free standing A/C Make it quite comfortable in this Georgia heat. Beautiful rugs tie it all together! Definitely a must see and a great place to stay while visiting Athens Ga!
