wonderful space. Perfect size for a couple. Well stock kitchen with most everything you need to cook small meals. Easy check-in and access. Far enough away from everything for quiet but close enough to get to everything you want to see and do well in the North Georgia mountains.
The tiny home was perfect for our long weekend. It was a great location to take advantage of Georgia wine country, the Helen Christmas Market, and plenty of hiking. The home met all our expectations, and we would choose to stay there again when we visit the area in the future.
We enjoyed our weekend stay in this home. It is small, but comfortable. We arrived in the rain & dark, so we had some difficulty finding the house number, but once inside, we settled in nicely.
We loved staying in this home. There was plenty of room for us and our kids. They loved the loft area. And our bed was super comfy. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
I enjoyed a few days to myself to hike and photograph some of the waterfalls nearby. The weather wasn't as cooperative as I had hoped but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back for another visit.
This tiny home was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. The neighborhood was friendly with a sense of community among the people who lived there. The experience was hands down one of my best. We will definitely be staying here again. It was quaint, quiet and beautiful.
Spent a relaxing 3 days in the North Georgia Mountains. Conveniently located between several small towns. Big kitchen for a tiny house! Never felt confined. Nice community to walk around.
Quaint, friendly, and quiet community. Comfortable, cozy and pleasant cottage. Bring your own ice (or ice trays). Host Lisa was very kind and helpful. Don't miss the short but beautiful hike to Hemlock Falls, minutes away. Easy check-in and check-out. Recommended--I would and may stay there again!
We came to try out the tiny home life as potential second home property. Loved it! Perfect location to check out beautiful Lake Burton, Hiawassee, Clayton and other lovely areas in the northeast Ga mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the sweet front porch every evening and having coffee there in the mornings. We will be back!
The property was very convenient, very clean, had everything we needed. It was in a newer, nice, secure neighborhood of other "Tiny Home" properties with a security gate to get in, so we felt safe. Much nicer staying here due to the full kitchen, full bath, small family room area, than staying at a hotel. We would Definitely stay here again. If you aren't adventurous, and prefer a more typical single family home or condo, than maybe you're not a candidate for this. But, we love doing things like this, and the unit was perfect!
My family has been spending a week on Lake Burton every year since I was a child, and before when my father was growing up. We always stayed at Moccasin Creek state park, but the camper rental prices are astronomical and we couldnt justify that!
We found this tiny home for a steal and spent multiple days here, close to our family, and close to the lake! Our family actually mentioned moving the trips into this tiny home neighborhood, as it was just the perfect place! My husband and I were very comfortable in the space, and suprised at how much room there was! We enjoyed our time here, and we hope that we are able to make the trip again next year!
This place was very nice and clean with a friendly neighborhood but there was no towel racks, clothing hooks, or TP holder in the bathroom. The water temperature in the shower was extremely hard to control. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and there was a problem with the sliding door between the bedroom and stairs.
Upon arrival I discovered that there was no bed linens or pillows for the sleeper sofa but the property manager responded quickly to my request and delivered those items within an acceptable timeframe.
This is definitely a place we would consider revisiting.
The tiny home was perfect and had everything we needed and wanted. We loved the community and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The shower was wonderful and it was a terrific place to stay and we will be back!
Great place to get away for a much needed break. Very quiet. Visited Helen, Clayton, Tallulah Gorge State Park etc My wife and I don't want to leave. Hope to do it again soon!
This was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in! The community is well kept and friendly. We will book again if we have the pleasure of returning to the area.
Excellent chance to get away from it all! Clean, cozy, with friendly neighbors all around. Brought my kids up for a couple days and had a great time at nearby parks and trails.
