A gem in an average area. These apartments were large and tidy. Great accommodation particularly for the price. Accurate to photos. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Nice room

Really nice room. Complimentary drings in the fridge was a nice bonus. Location is a bit away from the main tourist spots but close access to the metro makes it easy to get around

It was a very good stay. The room was perfect. The receptionist was very kind, in person but even by WhatsApp. Maybe the area wasn’t the most safe for two girls like us, but we didn’t have any trouble walking from the metro (at 8pm).

Great place!

This is a great place to stay if you're on a budget, it's clean and comfortable, with a bus stop conveniently right outside the door. It's located in a convenient location, metro station within a short walk away, although the neighbourhood itself can be questionable. Bathroom is very large and comfortable, with towels and free toiletries, but no hair dryer (if this is what you need, you'll have to bring your own). Air conditioning in the room is great! Bed was very comfortable and eveb came with extra blanket and pillows. Room also came with complementary coffee, tea, and drinks. Overall, it's a great place to stay!

The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor and apartment on 6th floor!! Felt uneasy in a very small elevator!! Did not provide microwave Georgina at reception desk was very helpful in booking tours and letting us know about coffee shops and restaurants near by !! Nice to have bus stop in front of apartment, the neighborhood felt unsafe at late at night

A gem of a hotel!

Amazing little find. Apartment was huge, clean, cutlery, kettle provided (needed more coffee as 2 sachets between 2 of us over 4 days wasnt the best, however there’s a little stand that sells coffee a short walk away) and we had a great view of the Acropolis from our balcony. great communication from the owners. We needed a late check in (11pm) they sent us everything we needed via WhatsApp, easy to check in, easy to get room code and in constant communication all weekend. A short walk from where we needed to be (area is a bit rough but we encountered no issues and everyone was polite & friendly) but the metro is a 2 minute walk away if the 25 minute walk into the centre isn’t your thing. Theres also a tram trolley that stops right outside the hotel but we didn’t use this. Price was fantastic and worth staying here to avoid the high prices in the heart of Athens! The view alone is worth it.

The actual apartment was very nice and perfect for our requirements. I wasn’t too keen on the area, at night, and felt nervous. Communication beforehand was excellent. The gentleman at reception, on our first day, was cheerful and helpful. However, I couldn’t give full stars as, on our checkout day, the staff on duty were sour faced and lied about the closing time. I can understand they are concerned about individuals collecting their luggage but it could have been mentioned that, if we were not back in time, we can’t access our luggage (instead of a bare-faced lie). I doubt I”ll stay here again. Yes, only for that reason.

The property itself is good. Customer service is good too, as it offers very detailed check-in user guide by WhatsApp. Moreover it provides free drinks in the fridge. What's not so good is the noise from the street -- the property should improve its sound insulation.
