This is a great location in Plaka, as you can walk from the apartment to Acropolis in about 17-19 minutes. Not too bad if you want to avoid paying Uber all the time. There is also a grocery store 3 min walking distance, so you can buy all you need if you are staying for a few days. The studio actually has 2 rooms (we were 2 kids and 2 adults and the confirmation letter stated 1 room so we were confused), and the place has air conditioning, and a kitchen/living area in between the rooms. We liked the convenience of walking and having the grocery store close, as well as other places like pizza/restaurants pretty close by. It's on the ground floor, so sometimes the building entry door can be heard during the night, but I'll take it given the other advantages. I would book it again if we ever went back.

A nice little spot

Pretty nice room. Main issues were door code not working initially (but was quickly resolved with a call), bed creaked A LOT (like even a light movement such as rolling over produced the loudest creak which woke me up a bit). I wouldn’t call it a “balcony” as much as a terrace. It’s a lower level apartment so not a balcony. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the hot water in the shower would vanish occasionally. Also- there wasn’t a thicker blanket provided so I had to search the cabinets to find one as it was chilly.

Communication catastrophique : pas de code pour rentrer dans l'appartement. On a attendu 1h devant, à 21h, et heureusement on a croisé un voisin qui avait le bon numéro de téléphone, à contacter sur WhatsApp uniquement ! Ce n'est pas au vacancier de contacter le propriétaire pour avoir les instructions ! Pas une seule excuse. Appartement bien placé, matelas mauvais propreté ok.

We stayed here on the first leg of our trip and the last leg of our trip. The first leg was very nice. The second leg, well, it was OK. They neglected to give us a top sheet for the bed and we wanted to know the Wifi password. I sent her a message, I didn't hear back at all. Other than that, it was very nice and cozy.
