Convenient, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, on a quiet cul de sac, walk to Memorial Park and Five-points. 2.5 miles to UGA stadium. 2.1 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.

This condo features an open kitchen, dining area for 6, and living area which includes two electric recliners, a cozy sofa, a queen chair in addition to a full body massage chair, and a 70” Hisense Smart TV for watching movies and or the main event. The master bedroom includes a king bed with sitting area, a rocker, and desk. Bedroom 2 features a tranquil queen bed and Bedroom 3 offers a twin over full bunk bed with rocker and floor play area.
