This was my second stay at this property and it was just as amazing as the first! It feels like a home away from home. Athens trip.

Our stay was very pleasant. We are amazed with the cleanliness, location is close to all amenities. Walking distance to sight seeing. Everything we need for our comfort was there. Train station, downtown, Acropolis the ruins and the Museum waa a walking distance for us. We highly recommend the Hercules Residence..

The property was very clean and spacious for a studio! You have the option to cook there and plenty of storage for clothes. The instructions to enter the building were very clear and the property manager always responded promptly. The local was great as it was more quiet from the center, however you could easily take the metro/bus which was only about a 10-12 minute walk. Would definitely recommend!

The best choice in Athens.

Hello from Korea~:) The place was super clean and cozy — honestly couldn’t ask for more. Just a short walk to the Acropolis. Eva, the host, was so kind and always ready to help with anything. Located in the heart of Athens, this is a lovely apartment with all the basic necessities. This is more like staying at an apartment of a friend than a hotel. The apartment is within walking distance of all the major historical sites.

Property was perfect for our needs during our stay in Athens and placed us in a quiet area that we could still walk to the main attractions / areas. Although we didn’t cook the Kitchen had lots of appliances and ample utensils — could have used a pair of scissors. AC worked well and was very appreciative during our August visit. Bed situation was a bit tricky to get in/ out and make, but overall our stay was great. Hosts were amazing and replied quickly to any request we had. Great good recommendations as well!

This property is extremely well kept and clean. We were surprised to see that the room came with all the detailed amenities such as an oven, toaster, stovetop as well as basic condiments for cooking. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and it felt like we were staying in our home away from home. Communication with the staff was quick and efficient. If I returned to Greece, I would stay here again.

The property was exactly as shown in the photos. There were lots of washrooms and showers for the 7 of us. Nothing is provided other than some salt & instant coffee so make sure you get coffee filters, cooking oil etc. We felt super safe in the building. The area was safe to walk around as well. There are a couple of grocery stores and lots of restaurants within 10-15 min walk. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Awesome with great location 5⭐️

This was a great little apartment, comfortable, clean and well laid out. 8 mins walk to Gazi and 20mins to city centre. I chose it for the contactless check in as I was arriving at 2am in the morning Communication with Eva was seamless for check in I’ll be back!

Close to the metro station and coffee shops. It is a renovated building with a gym, laundry and an elevator. We enjoyed the balcony. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 5-6 people. We have enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and check out, as well.
