Great Athens home base.

We chose this for a three night stay for our family of 3 in Athens. Communication with the hotel was terrific and our room was set up for 2 adults and one child. The only downside is a lack of storage so it felt like our stuff was sort of everywhere but we didn't spend a lot of time in our room. It is really close to this odd Snow White themed restaurant that plays disney music most of the day/evening but it didnt bother us.

Perfect stay in heart of Athens!

The property is great. Very well located and the building, although a bit small (which is normal for boutique hotel), is very well decorates. The rooms were perfect. I definitely recommend!

Nice room. Centrally located in active area of shopping and dining. Boutique hotel. No breakfast. I don't think there is any parking. Not terribly expensive. Perfect for someone staying at either end of a cruise.

Three night family stay

Parea Athens was great! Reasonable price but with extremely clean rooms, good service, and cool vibes. We stayed in the family room with bunk beds which was actually very comfortable. Walking distance to central Athens historic sites. Fun, eclectic neighborhood with many interesting stores and places to eat. Three minute walk from the subway station. Breakfast was awesome too. You get to go to the amazing Italian restaurant next door Tartufo where you get to choose from a limited hotel breakfast menu, all selections were good ones and the food was amazing (we did dinner there too which was delicious). Great place to stay.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, is very clean and I very much recommend it! Make sure to look for an email or text that will help you download the app that locks and unlocks your doors. This is very important! It’s a great system, you just have to figure it out… preferably before your late night check in…

Incredible location. Perfect for restaurants, cafes, history and more. Close to coffee shops and bakeries for early morning risers. Right next to the main square. Vibrant area. Building itself was new, clean with outdoor spaces. Excellent amenities. Yannis was incredible. Great communication. Allowed a check in around our time so we could rest and was responsive, kind and genial. A soundproof, modern building in an area steeped with history was the perfect blend we needed. When we go to Athens again there is no debate, we will be staying here. 10/10 in every category.

The hotel's location is perfect for walking everywhere in the central part of Athens. The hotel staff were very helpful in answering questions and helping us to make/change restaurant reservations. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing was the noise that came from the Little Kook Cafe/Restaurant just down the street from the hotel. Our room faced the street that Little Kook was on and the music played until 11 p.m. every night. There were also some noises from people walking on the street below. The hotel provided earplugs which helped. We suggest that you ask for a room that does not face the street with Little Kook. This was the only down side to this lovely and very affordable hotel.

Chambre propre et confortable. Nous avons reçus toutes les informations au préalable sur whatsap et avons été accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un restaurant juste à côté: c’est suffisant et tres bon. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans la mesure où tout se fait à pied.

Ich wurde vor Anreise darüber informiert, dass die U-Bahn streikt und man hätte mir sogar einen Transfer organisiert - top Service! Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen aufgrund der super zentralen Lage und dem tollen sauberen modernen Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

I give the cleaning ladies(Amy, Lisa,Elly)excellent service! Great gals they could be my friends! The staff, specially Ana was very helpful. Thank you all very much! The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to everything. Walkable to everything, even to the supermarket, pharmacy, shopping centers, and convenient stores. The breakfast next door (Tartufo restaurant) is excellent! But if you’re staying 10 days like we did, it got boring /monotonous. It would be nice if there’s some more choices. You can see the Acropolis in the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing with good water pressure. We can stay here again if we go back to Athens. No hesitation to recommend the place. Take a note that there’s no TV in the room, but it didn’t bother us.

We stayed for 3 nights in September in a 1st floor room. On our first evening we received am email with apology explaining there was exceptional circumstances & there would be no power for up to 2hrs from 8am the next morning. We adjusted our day by getting up early on our holiday to limit this disruption on us. The 2nd morning of our stay we planned to sleep in later, unfortunately we were woken up at 7.50am with a pneumatic drill drilling in the basement which caused the walls in our room to vibrate. We spoke with the receptionist on duty but found her unsympathetic & unhelpful to our problem. Her only advise was to use the earplugs provided! I have since written an email to the hotel manager, which I have had no response too. Our final morning we were again awoke to a tractor filling in a hole outside the Hotel again before 8am in the morning. I booked this Hotel because it promotes soundproofing in its description in its rooms, I therefore do not expect to find earplugs upon arrival in my room. The hotel has a good location, was clean & the restaurant next door provided a good breakfast, sadly this was all let down by the noise disturbance we received during our stay. Therefore if you require a good night sleep, look somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location and it's always squeaky clean (smells really good too!). Staff are incredibly friendly. We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip to Greece, and both times, everything was perfect.

We had a great stay, walking distance to all major attractions. Lots of restaurant, bar, coffee spots just up the street. Easy metro trip from the airport. Very clean and all the staff we talked to were very nice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was a good size and the shower had great water pressure. I would stay again.
