A guest suite (queen), also on the main level, includes its own private bathroom for added comfort. Upstairs, discover two spacious bedrooms with a total of six beds (2 queen; 2 full & 2 twin bunk beds), complemented by two full bathrooms.

The state-of-the-art kitchen is designed for entertaining, boasting an ice maker, drink cooler, double sink, wet bar, and a stunning eight-person dining table crafted from 200+ year-old wood reclaimed from the original home.

Head downstairs to the spacious lower level, featuring two comfortable bedrooms (king; two queens) and two full bathrooms, plus a second kitchen and TV lounge—perfect for hosting or relaxing. Enjoy a dedicated game room with a pool table or step right outside to the turf backyard designed for the ultimate gameday tailgate. An oversized driveway with RV hookup makes hosting even easier.

Our stay at Herty House definitely exceeded expectations - wasn’t so sure what we were getting into since the photos were minimal on the listing. Realized I was their first guest, which is why they gave me a deal since there were a few unfinished details. Lloyd was extremely helpful and communicative ahead of our stay to clearly explain the status of the home. The house felt super fresh/clean and new but still had a charming feel of a historic home - location was perfect. So close to campus… Hoping to book again next fall for a football game!
