Wonderful family visit!

We had a wonderful time in this cute little cottage! The farm is beautiful and our little ones loved seeing the animals. Cottage was very clean and owners are very courteous. I would recommend for anyone. Hope to visit again soon.

Family visit

This house was the perfect location to visit my Georgia family. Located almost exactly 15 minutes from each Aunt made this a very enjoyable spot! John was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family and hopefully in the spring so I can see the beautiful gardens. The farm animals are very cute and John is currently working on a greenhouse that he said he might have finished by the next time we return!

Great place, definitely in a farm with animals all around. You do have to walk about 300 yards to the pool. Pool is nice though. Quiet and chill area.

Jefferson farm cottage

The cottage was vintage, but comfortable, and would be especially good for a family. Our host and his staff were great. Get the tour the first day for best visit experience. The place is minutes away from restaurants and Krogers. Heat and AC were comfortable and it had ROKU TV access. The grounds were lovely, the animals friendly and amusing… especially the rooster… :)

Great Getaway

Awesome GA atmosphere for making GREAT memories!! Host hospitality was exceptional..from immediate communications through text messages to a true southern in person welcome uoon arrival. Plenty of space to gather outside and the kids really enjoyed the pool, playing with the farm animals and loving on the dogs!! Definitely a Great place for family, fun and fellowship. Comfy country cottage

The owner met us upon arrival and was amazing helping us find our way around the area especially over the holidays. The home was as pictured and as I mentioned before a comfy country cottage. Had everything you need and the quiet we were looking for after spending a busy day with family. I would recommend to other couples who appreciate getting away from the big city life. The house could use a few updates in the master bathroom shower and some caulking around the sinks, but it didn’t affect our stay while we were there.i would stay there again when we come back to visit family in the future.

Always peaceful

This is our second stay here at the farm. We come for the Petit LeMans at Road Atlanta and really appreciate the peace and quiet after all the noise and hubbub at the track! The cottage is just right for relaxing and has everything we need for our stay, including two extremely loving orange cats who checked in on us every morning and said good night every evening. :) They were so sweet! It's always a good stay at the farm! Thank you again!

Nice little house on the country side

Our stay was pleasant. The host was polite and helpful. The best part of our stay was the barn animals and cats. Nice layout, just watch your steps inside the house. The floors are uneven. The place just needs a little vacuuming especially the bed sheets. We found a bunch of hairs in the beds. Some blinds were broken. It looked like a dog had chewed up through. Other than that everything was nice.

Birthday for my granddaughter

Excellent.... Host was on point. Answered all questions, stayed in touch. John was a great host. The experience was amazing for my, my wife , my son and his family. Spending time with the animals. Had a mama and 3 yearling dear hanging out in our front yard. Saw the dad, all yearlings and the mom on Sunday.. Awesome place to stay. Great support and perfectly private. Will definitely stay again as soon. It my new go to place. Thanks John for your hospitality during our visit. Can't say enough about the experience. Super nice and private. Nice Spot but needs some updates and ...

Pro: Over all it´s a really nice place. Quiet in the middel of the ssmall farm - away from everything. The rooms are well equipped and have enough space for 6 people (we were only 2). Overall everything the house (except the kitchen) was clean. Checking in and out was easy. Con: The kitchen and the bathrooms need to be updated. The bathroom fittings need to be fitted - really, that´s not a choke. The glasses and cups clued somehow in the kitchen cupboard. The uncleaned oven still had large pieces of chicken on the rack - that was really disgusting. I do not understand why the house was clean and the whole kitchen was not cleaned.

The host wasn't happy about my being upset over BUGS in the kitchen everywhere

Fridge drawers even in the coffee maker things looked old and outdated and dirty. Small tv and no tvs in the bedrooms. Heavily stained white bath towels the master bathtub was sunken and peeling. Baseboards nasty closets with patched holes and awful paint job. Bugs on window sills inside freezer and fridge. Ceilings and floor. Freezer filthy with some kind of baking powder sticky substance. Toaster oven rusted and gross. Inside cupboard looks like roach feces. John the host didn't care for expressing and sending photos I traveled long hours from Florida to this scene. I even offered to cleanup for him to my comfort. He was insulted and basically said get out here is a refund! I had a senior woman with my travels and 2 Dogs for my son's wedding!!! For the money I was spending it should have been clean. While I So understand the place was in the country it wasn't clean for my arrival. Outside plants diseased overgrown and the sidewalk and driveway dirty and moldy and smelled a lot with cat urine. While I was happy for the refund it was stressful to find a spot at last minute that was pet friendly! Thank goodness I found one and such an upgrade to this cottage! I've never been treated so rudely for expressing my discomfort with the bugs everywhere!! A true hell experience with a person who just couldn't hear the truth.

Nothing fancy but very comfortable and in the most breathtaking setting imaginable. The home offers privacy but is close to stores, etc. All of the animals, including the cats, were very friendly and non-threatening. The pool was amazing. Thanks for a wonderful, restful stay.

Relaxing Getaway on a farm!

The house was so cute and we loved seeing the animals! It could use a good deep cleaning and repair of some things, but nothing that made us uncomfortable or want to leave. The pool was wonderful and my son loved being able to go for a swim! Very quiet and private, and felt very relaxing!

What a fantastic place to stay

Cute cottage, plenty of room for my family of 4 and big dog. Farm is amazing. Close to grocery stores and restaurants but a quick drive to be up into the mountains too. Fantastic vacation
