Great place to stay!

This was a very spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay. The check-in/out process was very easy. It's a short Uber ride to downtown Athens. I highly recommend this property.

Secluded 1BR off a quiet cul-de-sac, under a grove of live oaks so stayed cool even on sunny days. Convenient short drive to the UGA campus to work with colleagues, as well as to grocery stores and restaurants. Visited in the mornings by black tailed deer. Sidewalks through adjacent neighborhoods were great for an evening stroll. Kachi was great as a host, checked in to make certain everything was going well. Would gladly stay again if in Athens.

Quiet Location close to UGA

The host was very friendly and helpful when we spoke with him. We unfortunately did not use Google maps, and Apple Maps marked the house on the wrong lot. It was almost a 2 hour comedy of errors before we finally arrived! In reality it is only 11 minutes from the Terry Business College! The unit has everything you need for a weekend visit.

Pet friendly; which was purrrfect for our cat with special needs. Nice and clean. My husband & I came to Athens for my niece’s graduation from veterinary school, and we knew our little Shadow would be safe and comfortable. Excellent communication.

Stay was fine

A little pricey for the experience, but other places were booked. Pulled into cul-de-sac that was dark with unused lots. Low cost renovation. Feet were pretty dirty after walking on floors. How about some sugar work coffee?
