Eugene was great, communicating with us before and after and helped us with transportation. The house is facing the sea. You can swim in a small beach 1 minute away or walk along the shore line 20 minutes to a big beach, beach bar and wonderful restaurant. House was clean, modern and breakfast was great.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer.

Excellent service. The hosts went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. We were originally scheduled to get in at 6pm, and made arrangements to get picked up at the airport. Unfortunately, our plane was involved in an accident prior to takeoff, and we wound up taking a ferry to Athens, and arrived at the airport at 1am. Eugene was there, just the same, to greet us and take us to the accommodations. He was back at 7am, bringing and preparing breakfast for us, and then took us to the airport to catch our 9:30am flight out the next morning. Very short stay for us, but we think the service was excellent. It is a very comfortable and clean place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Eugene, the host, was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. He had great suggestions and went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome during our one night stay. Pick up and return to the airport was a breeze and he was even willing to help us with transportation for dinner as well. Highly highly recommend!!

Amazing surprise service

My friends and I stayed in town for one night to be near the airport. We both had two seperate flights, one in the morning and the other in the evening. For a fee you can gain transportation to and from the airport which is 10 mins or so away. Never had my friend and I experienced such outstanding service and care. Not only did he take us to dinner, he offered to take us for coffee and food places the next day. He brought an array of pastries the next morning that were very delicious. The best part was that there wasn't anyone coming in till later so Eugene let me stay in the villa until it was time for my flight. And with no extra cost! Eugene will definitely take care of you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. He went above and beyond in so many ways. Communication via whatsapp was so easy. Anything we needed we just were a text away. There villa was clean and functional. Loved watching the sunrise and sunset with that amazing ocean view on the patio. We both will stay here again if we need to be close to the airport for sure!!!

Very nice house. Somewhat isolated if you don't have a car or don't like to walk. We enjoyed it away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Definitely communicate with the owner regarding finding the house.

Just like family

Eugene went above and beyond during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. He makes you feel like family, true Greek hospitality, even inviting us out to drinks in the evening. Wish we weren’t so tired, it would have been great to experience. Would definitely stay again when we visit Athens again.

Amazing host and location.

The property is located right on the beach with a walking path along the beach right outside the door. Eugene is an amazing host! He met us at the property to let us know what was around the neighbor, had food and beverages ready for us and even drove us to and from dinner because the weather was really windy. A top notch host and great property to enjoy the Aegean!

House of Travelers - Excellent !!!!!

This house, proprietor, was amazing. Excellent service!!!!! Clean house, rooms, well appointed kitchen, living room, linens, beds, all Exceptional. On a one to ten, this was an eleven!!!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this as a short or longer term place to stay. Right on the water. Great view. When we return, we will definitely stay here. The owner was most helpful taking us back to the Airport (about 12 minutes away). Got up at 4:30 AM for us. Our daughter had a later flight. This allowed her to sleep in. He came back and picked her up at 8 AM. This is EXCELLENT service above and beyond expectations. And the transportation fee was half of what UBER charged us for one trip from the airport. If you have time to chat with the owner, he is a wealth of information on a range of topics. THANK YOU for sharing your home with us. DB and family

The pictures posted for this property do not due it justice! The home is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and right on the water! Gorgeous views of the mountains and a large front porch to sit, relax, and watch the sea. The host was very welcoming. He arranged a pick up and drop off for a low fee.

Nice local house with a warm welcome

Decided to stay near airport but also near sea. The hotel in airport was too pricey. This was a local house which I love because you are not like just a spectator. My arrival was delayed and I arrived late at night, with an early-morning flight, so it ended up not that great. However, Eugene was super-helpful, waited for me, helped me order dinner and we chatted for a while. He then got up early the next morning to take me to the airport. The house is cute, is literally by the beach, has a terrace, living room with kitchenette and two bedrooms. There was coffee and milk, some other drinks including vine, some cereal and so on. It's near a small town, right by the sea. Was a bit hard to find at night, because the address showed wrong in Google maps. Not directly by stores or restaurants, but not far, and during the day it's easy. There is a bus stop just up the little street. Safe area even in the evening.

Physically, the property (an entire house) was of very high standard for a modest cottage in a semi-rural setting. What pleased us most were the services provided: two way transfer from house to nearby airport. We were collected on arrival and delivered for our early morning departure with ample check-in time. Eugene Dee who manages both property and services was personable and super efficient in the manner of a genteel host. An overall excellent package for the price.

A Beauty By The Sea

Amazing home right on the sea! The owner Eugene had arranged return taxi to the airport, so the driver was waiting for us when we exited. When we arrived, the host greeted us and gave us a nice overview of the home. He also recommended an excellent restaurant which we enjoyed for dinner. The home is right on the sea ...and the views are beautiful. The home itself is very well equipped and very comfortable. A great place to enjoy our last day in Athens.

Greek Hospitality to the MAX! Eugene is phenomenal! Let me start by saying that I arrived in Athens by myself early morning and the rest of my party was to arrive at 10pm. Well, Eugene waited for me at the airport, brought me to the house and waited outside until I took a shower and changed clothes. I had only one day in Athens and I wanted to see the Parthenon. He drove me to the Metro station and gave me detailed instructions on how to get into the heart of the city. He even bought me a two-way Metro card. While I was out and about having fun in Plaka, he sent me a message just to follow up and check that I was OK. He later picked me up at the Metro station and took me to a charming restaurant near the house so I could have a taste of traditional Greek cuisine. Later, he arranged for the transportation pick up at the airport for the rest of my party and made reservations for us to have a late diner at a local restaurant. He also arranged for taxi service both ways - to and from the restaurant. Here is the best part, once we returned from the late diner, one of the members of our party realized he had lost his passport. He had it in his back pocket and had dropped it at the restaurant. I called Eugene and he immediately said: "Do not worry, I will take care of it. I will meet you at the house in the morning with coffee, pies and passport." Sure enough, he showed up with foammy lattes, savory Greek pies and THE PASSPORT! In short, it was fantastic!

호스트가 굉장히 친절했습니다. 바닷가 젤 앞쪽에 위치해있는 집입니다. 구글맵에 찍었을 때 다른집이 나와서 당황스러웠네요. 도착하기전 호스트에게 미리 연락해보는게 좋을거 같습니다. 집은 깔끔하고 넓고 쾌적합니다. 며칠 더 묵었으면 좋았을거 같아요. 좋은 숙소였어요!

Best surpirse of trip

We were picked up by Eugene at airport and handed a cold drinl. The house is right on the beach and a large porch to sit and listen to the waves..such a nice surprise! Eugene stayed and visited with is oredering iced coffees and discussing Greek bisiness and politics...entertaining and informative. Lots of laughs and a great noght sleep close to the airport..would highly recommend!!
