TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee

Pictures do not do this property justice. It was super clean and the hosts seemed to have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Communication was easy and the host was very responsive. There was a guide for everything from how to unlock the door to local restaurants and must-see areas. It was a perfect stay!

We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place!

I stayed here one night when taking my dog to the UGA Veterinary Hospital. The place was wonderful! Great use of space, nice little fenced-in grassy area for the dog, and quiet, convenient location. Just a perfect spot. Would definitely stay again if I'm in Athens overnight.Thank you!

We booked this stay to visit Athens and UGA for a Parent Weekend. The location was convenient to Little Five Points, Milledge Ave. and downtown Athens. This is the most thoughtfully arranged and appointed VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail and comfort is next level. Easy to get in and out of UGA campus for parents weekend - and it was fabulous to have this peaceful refuge away from the kids.

This was our second stay at Toadhaus. Toadhaus is clean, well supplied and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for two adults. James is an excellent host. Open communication and timely responses. We will definitely book again on future trips to Athens.

Such a perfect stay

This was our first VRBO experience. It was absolutely perfect!!! Such a cute quaint but modern getaway. It was all we needed and more! Everything was supplied as well as the checkout was extended for us because of a schedule change in our plans. Even the checkout was super easy!! Fantastic Find

I had never been to Athens, but there to drop my son off at UGA. After we moved him in we stayed the night at this “fantastic find”. Besides all of the above: cleanliness, host communication, neighborhood being great there were so many little touches within the space that made it greater. Lots of information on the area, good coffee, books and magazines, extra blankets and linens if needed. It was a really great safe place and hoping to stay again if not booked.

An Absolute Gem!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Toadhaus during our trip to Athens this past weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! We travel semi-frequently and this may be the best place we’ve ever stayed. The host was extremely friendly with quick responses and answers to any questions I had. The property is super clean, modern, and well decorated, has all of the amenities we needed, and is super close to downtown Athens and the UGA campus! The neighborhood is quiet and safe as well. The yard area was an awesome and relaxing addition! We absolutely loved it here and will definitely book here again when we are back in Athens! Thank you!! :)
