Top-floor w/ view, Walk to Sanford Stadium

Downtown walkable! This comfortable condo in a gated complex, is one mile from downtown or the stadium. (There is a hill involved if you're walking downtown.) You can even walk part of the way down the greenway, next to the river rapids. The seasonal pool is a great amenity for warm weather. There is a bed in the bedroom, and a Murphy bed in the living room. There's even a curtain divider that can be used. There are two tvs, tied to streaming services, for use with your logins. There is a coin laundry on the property, and parking is available for up to two vehicles. We do not live in the complex, but we do live close by. This unit is close to Mama's Boy, if you love brunch. This condo is on the third floor, stairs only. We are Athens experts, let us know if you need suggestions!

Stadium Village Apartment

Windy’s apartment was the perfect place for me to stay while I explored Athens. The location was great, close to all the restaurants and shops. It was well equipped with everything I needed.

Great apartment

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was larger than I had anticipated based on the photos posted in the listing which is always a great surprise! It is close to a ton of fun restaurants and shops. The whole apartment was very clean. I would recommend staying at this apartment.

Perfecr Week

The locatiom was nice and quiet, while still being verybclose to anythinf you need. Funishings were very comfortable, and the bath towels are the best bath towels Ive ever had anywhere. Well appointed kichen, and excellent bedding and toiletries. We will be staying again her. There was a beautiful pool and excellent trails right out your doorstep and the complex was very calm and quiet. I would encourage anyone staying in Athens, Ga to stay here.

Wonderful Apartment and Host!

Windy was the best host we have ever used! We have used VRBO and never left a review. Windy will respond within the hour if not sooner to your messages. We had two family emergencies, and she worked with us immediately to extend our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need to feel at home. We will be forever grateful to Windy for her kindness this week.

Cute and convenient location

The apartment building is older but the apartment has been decorated nicely and had everything we could need. Everything was clean and in working order and the owners were available if I needed something but I didn’t need to call. Definitely recommend this cute apartment.

Great place

My husband and daughter stayed at this location for a sports competition. Communication was good and instructions to get in Were great. The unit was clean and had what we needed. The location was great.
