"The single room I booked was roomy. The bed was large and very comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze with very personable employees. The waitress/bartender, Cynthia Mouzon, was very helpful, not only with the food and drink, but also with questions I had about the hotel and the airport shuttle. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay on March 23, 2026."

There was trash everywhere - food trash in the halls, by the elevators, etc. The hallways smelled like marijuana and we had issues with the hot water in our room - and the front desk response was that they would send maintenance in half an hour or more. Overall, not at all what I am used to for this hotel chain. "
