Stylish 1-bedroom condo Downtown Atlanta

This fully renovated one-bedroom condo features brand-new furniture, a modern kitchen, and an updated bathroom. The unit includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Situated on the 5th floor, it offers stunning balcony views of the city. The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a freestanding refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the essentials you'll need for a comfortable stay.
The space
You'll have the best of Atlanta's nightlife at your fingertips (Speakeasy, Opium, Royal Peacock, and easy airport access). We are also right next to Americas Mart, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Worlds Congress center, MARTA, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, State Farm Arena & much more!
The royal standard awaits you: the king-size bed, fully - equipped bathroom, a fully-stocked kitchen, a large flat-screen TV with cable, and a queen-automatically inflated airbed for a 3rd guest. Fresh quality linens and towels are without question. What's more is the balcony patio, allowing you to soak in the effervescence of the city. We provide easy instructions for accessing the property and help with anything you need during your stay! We are available if any issues should arise.
You cannot get more downtown than this location. 3-minute walk to the Peachtree center
MARTA train station which is a 15-minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10-minute walk to

We tried to think of everything possible for comfort. Little details have not been missed.
Guest access
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Other things to note
HEATING AND AIR: This old system uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa.
Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Good Condo

Overall this was a decent condo however the check-in process could be a bit easier and the lobby area can be a bit of a pain due to people hanging around the entry.
