There is a king sized posturepedic bed in the master bedroom and a comfy queen size air mattress with headboard and built in pump that can be set up within minutes in the living room. There is even a twin size rollaway bed...just in case! The entire condo has only hardwood flooring and tile flooring. Very clean and spacious. As soon as you walk in this unit, you will know it is special. Even the priciest hotels don't have the magnificent views that this condo affords.

Great downtown penthouse experience!!

We had a great time staying at the penthouse condo! The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location close to all the downtown attractions. The host Desiree was awesome and very responsive to any questions and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The penthouse was spacious and the balcony was a wonderful feature! It was very clean in the unit and in the building. Check-in and out was super easy thanks to Desiree! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely Amazing !!!

The condo is in the heart of downtown Atlanta with an amazing view. The condo is well appointed with everything you need from towels to an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated and very modern.And lastly, Desiree, the host is accessible and responds quickly.

Beautiful Condo with an impeccable view!

This Condo was sooo clean and quiet in a very nice building with great security measures to keep the building safe and clean! The room was super clean and nice and absolutely amazing, I can not recommend this place enough! Please, if you are looking for someone near downtown Atlanta, this place is the best you will find!

The views!!!! The bed!!!!

We are completely satisfied with our decision to rent Desiree's fabulous condo! The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing. And the bed was so comfortable - I haven't slept that well in months! Check in and out was easy, everything worked, everything was clean, and the place was well stocked with essential items. We plan to be back next year!

Clean, quiet condo with parking spot. Walked a mile or less to Publix grocery, Mercedes Benz stadium, Olympic Park, World of Coca Cola, shops and multiple good restaurants! We did not use Marta or buses but saw the stops near by.

Don't look any further for your Atlanta stay!

I cannot say enough about our host Desiree! She was amazing from start to finish. The penthouse was perfect and we loved the screened in patio with a view of downtown Atlanta. Free parking was a huge plus and the location was great for downtown activities. Desiree was quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

Comfortable Stay

The homelessness situation in Atlanta is extremely sad. Neighborhood is filled with displaced people, which was uncomfortable and a bit stress inducing. Location was good and condo had nice upgrades in kitchen and bathroom. Building is secure, just keep your head on swivel entering and exiting.

The apt. was clean with all the things you might need for a few days away. We had great views of the parade from this top (24th floor) corner flat. While we could hear the louder street noise from the bedroom, we turned on white noise, not even very loudly, and it drowned out the sounds. The bed was soft and we slept well. The location was fantastic. We were a 20 minute walk to the aquarium, the Coca-Cola museum and there are TONS of food options around. Having a parking space was a huge plus for this VRBO. As others had stated, the smell of weed proliferate through the building. There were times we wanted to sit on the balcony, but ended up going back inside because of the smell. But inside, it didn’t smell at all. The people in the building were always nice when we encountered them. There was security at the front - a lady who looked like she wouldn’t mess around. When we went out the side entrance one evening, we noted that there was security at that door as well. The parking space is in a fenced in area that’s publicly accessible, but my car was never messed with. If you need a downtown Atlanta stay, this is a great place. The host is extremely quick to respond. I definitely recommend!

Great communication

Desiree was an amazing host with communication. I let her know that we'd be early and she was able to accommodate us. I had a couple questions prior to booking and she was very quick to respond. The apartment was really nice for a long weekend with my husband and myself. The bed was super comfy. The towels felt new and fluffy. Instructions were clear and understandable.

Perfect for our quick trip to Atlanta

Desiree is a fantastic host. I had numerous questions before the trip and she personally called me to answer these for us. She was prompt and thorough in all communication. The view from the condo is amazing and this unit had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect for walking to Centennial Park, The World of Coke, and the Georgia Aquarium. The reserved parking spot was a huge plus for us. There are some strange smells from the neighbors that permeate the hallway at times and carried into the condo. Other than that, we highly recommend Desiree as a host. We look forward to another future stay. Thank you, Desiree!

Convenient Location

I had a difficult time locating the property and parking but the owner was extremely helpful! :) - The smell from the neighbor's cooking was a little overwhelming at times but I spend most of the days and nights at a convention so it wasn't unbearable when I was there. The unit itself was cute and spacious, but it could use some updating and there were a few minor maintenance needs but overall, it was good for my stay. I truly appreciated the Keurig, and the views from the 24th-floor screened-in balcony were amazing, especially at night. I chose this unit due to it being so close to the venue I was at for a conference for the week. It's pretty much within walking distance to everything.

Great views! A RARE, comfortable outdoor 24th floor deck with views of both sunset AND sunrise, plus a long look down the famous Peachtree Street, fully screened-in to keep out any bugs or blowing dust, was the highlight! Our host was communicative and helpful. She even got one of the building staff to help with a few things like replacing cracked ice cube trays (ice maker and filtered refrigerator water weren’t working), and fixing a fallen towel rack. Being just the second week in March it was very warm the first day, but the only AC, we learned, was leaving the patio door open, we couldn’t get the windows open, but the ceiling fans were a blessing. The next day, and the rest of the week was cold. The building decides when heat gets turned on. We found a tiny space heater in the closet which helped somewhat until that happened. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but groceries hard to come by without a car, the closest grocery being about a mile away. LOTS of restaurants nearby, a good one right outside, and the best ice cream EVER is just off the lobby. When we first entered the unit it didn’t look like it had been cleaned recently. We found a vaccum cleaner, which was full and the brush didn’t work till I untangled it. No other cleaning supplies till we walked to the grocery store & Ubered back with them and groceries. The bed & bedding were uncomfortable and very hard to make. And a coffee table would have been nice. Loved the mirrors! Vibrant city! Worth the

Exactly what I expected

I love when the host answers when you call because some things require immediate attention. I didn’t want to bother her but if I needed to, she answered. We came to Atlanta to see Dave Chapelle at the State Farm Arena….around the corner. The show exceeded our expectations since Dave brought some surprise guests along with him!!! The building was so quiet and private. I loved the balcony. I’d come back just for the view. I didn’t want to get out of the shower. The bed held you like a bean bag hug, and the place was stocked with everything. Having a parking space was one of the main reasons I booked here, and it mattered more than anything in the world since most places start at $10/hr. The option to walk everywhere was a plus since we caught the end of the summer weather! Can’t wait to come back, and I only wanna stay in this same location. Location location location!

Birthday in Atlanta

The property was in the best possible location for our stay in Atlanta. It had parking included and most activites were within walking distance. The patio had rocking chairs and was great place ot have coffee in the morining. Bakery was less than half a block away. The rooms were comfortable and had ceiling fans. We were in town when most days heat index was over 100 degrees and the air conditioning worked great. Had full size refrigerator, dishwasher and glass top stove and regurlar oven plus good size microwave. It is not a new property but well kept. The bathroom had been redone and great walk in shower . Plenty of hot water. Desiree was truely a Premier host. She was responsive when we had a question, before and during our stay, and took care of a situation when it occured. We had no worries. Would definately stay there again when in Atlanta. Building is secure with 24 hour controlled access. Laundry facilities in basement but we didn't require them. We give Desiree 5 stars as a host!!!
