Cozy Oasis in Midtown Atlanta

My German Shepherd, Bino, and I had a five-star weekend staycation at the property. The carriage house is extremely clean, private, well-kept, lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Super walkable location close to everything and parking wasn't a problem, either. Jesse, the host, was very responsive and helpful as well. It was definitely a treat to stay at this property!

Amazing location for visiting my daughter!

The carriage house was a fantastic place in a great location! We were able to walk the area, get to food (Nova Sushi is great) and easy Uber pick up. The place was clean and comfortable; a full kitchen allowed my daughter who loves baking a chance to cook and bake, and not have cafeteria food for awhile. Jesse was a great host and communicated with me easily and promptly. Honestly, this is where I will stay every visit and would rent it for my daughter if possible…we loved it that much. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My husband & I stayed here an entire month and absolutely loved it. You won't find a better location - walk a half mile west to the Midtown Marta (where you can also pick up the free Stinger bus to Tech campus), a half mile east to TraderJoes & the Beltline, and just a couple blocks north to Piedmont Park. The carriage house is cozy, comfortable, and clean. For longer stays, it's worth noting there isn't a desk or dining space. Jesse has a set of folding tables available. Jesse was friendly and always responsive.

What an absolutely lovely place to stay (even if the weather was so stormy!). Very clean, well appointed, and only wish the weather wasn't so stormy so we could have spent more time in the garden area. We brought our dog, and walking/exploring the neighborhood alone was worth the trip. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and though we didn't cook while there, plenty of pots/pans/dishes if you wanted to. Communication with Jesse was simple, easy, and he was responsive when we had an issue with our vehicle. Was a bit worried about street parking - but it wasn't a problem at all! In fact we could see our car right out the window and never had a problem getting a spot on the weekend or during the week. Great little get away spot for a single person or a couple. Exceptional apartment

From the start Jesse responded to every inquiry immediately. The apartment is large for two people, well located and in excellent condition. He provided every amenity we needed, including bagged ice in the freezer, plenty of super plush towels, laundry supplies for the washer and dryer, and more. Everything was comfortable. The carriage house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and free street parking was readily available. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Modern Midtown Retreat – Walk to Atlanta Hotspots!

I had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo in Midtown Atlanta! The location was ideal—walking distance to Piedmont Park, great restaurants, and the MARTA station, which made getting around the city super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, with a lot of charm and character.The unit itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and stocked with all the essentials. The bed was really comfortable, and the space had a cozy vibe that made it feel like home. Wi-Fi was strong (a must for me), and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and even a small welcome guide to the area.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and everything matched the listing perfectly.Overall, this was a great home base for my trip. This was an excellent place to relax after a day out and about town. Cozy and quaint, this space is above a detached garage that has been converted into a tiny apartment with a very comfortable queen bed, kitchenette (which surprisingly was stocked with so many essentials for cooking like spices, sugar, flour, even pancake syrup lol In the bathroom were soap, conditioner and body wash. Extra blankets, sheets, towels and washcloths, roo. Jesse was attentive and easy to reach if needed. After our first night, he met us outside to inquire how we are settling so far, showing that he is concerned to insure his guest's comfort. This is the perfect spot for a single person or a couple. From the door, up the stairs, to the kitchen and into the living area, a half wall separates the bed from the rest of the room, and even the bathroom...everything was wonderful...not to mention the brick path into the little backyard with so many plants and trees. The neighborhood is quiet and co.fortable as well, mostly professionals, families and retirees, I think. A community-minded neighborhood. I'd highly recommend this space for anyone visiting Atlanta, for sure! Thanks, Jesse!!!
