Overbooked hotel and was told because we booked through Hotels.com they gave our room away (w/2 beds for 3 people) instead gave us a room w/1 bed. Had to request a rollaway which they left at the door and my husband had to move into the room and drop it down-thought it was going to go through the floor! Sheets were filthy and nightstand had some nasty liquid spilled all over it. Bathroom was dirty and we only got 2 bath towels for 3 people. Toiletries in room were USED! At check in, the front desk clerk was put out to have to help us, continually kept helping other guests, would NOT make eye contact, failed to tell us where elevators were, where to park, that they charge an additional $35 parking fee, ask for $ for a cup of plain coffee?! Hotel has gone down the toilet, terrible service, disgusting room and nickel and dime for every little service that are provided by other hotel brands.
