Wonderful staycation
As a full-time caregiver for an aging parent, occasionally I need a break to recharge. This property provided the in-town respite that I needed. That screened in terrace balcony gave me life! Fran was a gracious, communicative hostess who answered my many questions quickly and politely. The on-site concierge was a wonderful safety feature.

Great Stay in ATL close to everything!
We had a great stay in ATL! The apartment was exactly what we expected and the terrace was very nice and private. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The property was surrounded by homeless people, they were even blocking the entrance where you would enter the apartment. Parking was a block away where you also had to pass through homeless people to get to the building. Owner recommended to park in a parking garage another block down because it had a parking attendant. Property did not feel safe at all. Never made it to the apartment. Contacted owner immediately upon arrival and informed her of our issues and she basically told us well it's downtown Atlanta that can happen. She did not care anything about our concerns. We also contacted Expedia/VRBO with our concerns and was told a manager would call us and we never heard from anyone. Once I returned home, I made a follow up call to Expedia/ VRBO concerning the problem and I was told "sorry it is owners' discretion." I would not recommend this owner or this property unless you like spending that kind of money to stay with the homeless people and feel unsafe.

Great Condo, Excellent Location
It was a great condo. The location was spectacular. Everything I needed. And enjoyed working on the deck for a few hours each day. Easy access to and from the airport. Felt very safe in the building as well.

Condo was just as described. Cute and well stocked. Easy to walk anywhere. Secure building in a great neighborhood. Monitored parking dec very close! Owner was very responsive to calls and texts. I would stay here again!

Atlanta Downtown
The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is less than 2 blocks to the Atlanta Merchandise Mart. Several nice restaurants are within walking distance as well. The accommodations are as described however the pullout couch leaves a bit to be desired. It would be great for children but not very comfortable for an adult and certainly not for a couple. The kitchen is small but functions well. We did not prepare any meals so I cannot speak to necessary cookware. We had an issue with our door lock and the owner responded quickly. There are plenty of linens that were of nice quality. There are many ticking clocks, but removing the batteries solved that problem. There were no "instructions" for anything in the apartment (check out, appliances, recommendations, etc). The only thing that would negate my return was the smell. It was strange and the source could not be determined. We opened the porch door to help alleviate the odor.

The smell of weed was definitely and unfortunately coming from the outside of my unit.

Upset. Anniversary weekend ruin
My car has been jacked on the property a few hours after we'vearrived.. it was also other people cars being broke in and people there saying it's normal is CRAZY!!!! We will never return to this property again due to that.. the place n owner were nice n clean bt due to carjacking, it made me give 1 star. I got to come out of pocket to now pay for my broken window from my anniversary vacation SMH!!!

Amazing Hosts! Great tourist location!
What amazing hosts and what a great location for tourists. Peachtree towers is the optimal spot if you want to stay close to World of Coke, the amazing Georgia Aquarium, wonderful Civil Rights museum and so much more. Restaurants all around and everything within a short walk. Our stay was amazing and our hosts were super awesome. They were gracious and courteous when we needed to reach out to them. And, they were so quick to respond. Such nice people; the world needs more like them. Thanks for such a great stay!

Close to Everything
I recently visited Atlanta for a mini birthday getaway. Although, I have been here several times previously this was my first time with my female cousin so we wanted to do some different activities. I lucked up and found this spot which is located in downtown and near some main attractions! Although, there are some rough people in the front and hanging around, the area isn't bad. The property was just as described and communication with the host was great. The property comes equipped with basic items you need and some extra items. Oh and it's very spacious. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was having to pay for parking. We chose a covered/staffed lot nearby and it was $25 per night. A little steep but I guess that's what happens when you chose to stay in the downtown area. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Nice getaway
We enjoyed our stay very peaceful on he balcony with a great view. Found out when we arrived the refrigerator was not working had to be replaced but a mini fridge was provided. Took a while to get the WiFi to work and was using the correct password. Finally got it to connect. They were shooting a movie in the parking lot so we had to park in another parking garage. Very close by. Fran was very pleasant to talk with. We felt safe and we overall enjoyed our stay.

Nice visit in Atlanta!
Fran was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful! The unit was clean and well furnished, though the refrigerator didn’t seem to work. There was a mini fridge but I like ice and there was no way to keep ice frozen. That aside, the mini fridge was fine to keep drinks cold. As for the location, it was a bit loud at night, but that’s just the nature of that area. It’s very close to the Aquarium and the Coca-cola museum which was nice. Overall we had a very good experience at this location and recommend it! Thanks for a great stay in Atlanta!

Great location
We loved this place. Short 2 block walk to Centennial Park, aquarium and museums. There were plenty of restaurants around, too. We loved the screened in balcony, nice cityscape view. The place was very nice, nicely decorated and comfortable. The property owner/manager was very helpful and available. Had to call her at check in. That process was slightly confusing but talking to her made it easy. We had to park in a garage a few blocks away but there is a garage on the block. There were a couple aggressive homeless guys on the corner but we just stopped using the main entrance to avoid them. We definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Perfect Location
It was centrally located for us. We were never more than 15 minutes from any of the activities we wanted to do. About 20 from local family. The unit was very nice and perfect for my two kids and I. Communication was awesome and quick, even once we had checked in. I would stay there again!

Quick getaway!
My husband and I decided to have a quick getaway to Atlanta. I was not expecting to find such a nice and spacious condo. It was clean, accessible, and priced just right. We enjoyed the sites, people, and food. The best part of the whole trip was coming back to this relaxing condo!

Good location
Our stay was comfy and worked out really well for what we needed. Pros: A couple blocks to the Marta train for easy transportation and a short walk from the aquarium or other fun things. Well stocked with all kinds of stuff. Had spices and some basics in the kitchen. The bathroom had a handful of things should we have needed it. It was comfy. Pretty central location, we never had a problem getting a Lyft quickly and Doordash usually was able to deliver within 30-40 minutes. Cons: The kitchen is a little on the small side, but if you're planning on eating out or not making extravagant meals, it's not an issue. The check-in process wasn't super clear, but it ended up it was pretty simple, just ask more questions than we did. I'd suggest a thicker window curtain for the bedroom. If you're sensitive to light when you sleep, the exterior light from the building across the street can be pretty bright.

Just don’t do it
We arrived at 10pm with our 2 young children & immediately knew we had made a mistake. This area is NOT good for families. There was tons of people loitering outside & you could smell marijuana. We didn’t feel safe at all. The condo wasn’t very clean & the air wasn’t working well with no way to adjust the thermostat. The window in the main area was stuck open which made it even warmer in the unit. After listening to people yell & “drag race” all night we made the decision around 2am to book a hotel & get out of there. I called Mrs. Fran the next morning to explain what was going on & she said she would speak to her sister about possibly giving us a refund. That was on Friday morning & it is now Monday. I have yet to hear from her & have tried to call twice with no answer. We are truly disappointed with this experience. Book at your own risk!

Great place professional reliable compassionate owner and sister
I had a mix up that had nothing to do with the properties owner the property was lovely the owner and sister are great people and assisted with me being in the wrong apartment which the other apartment was a dump compared to hers it was well stocked with towels sheets and some snacks I will she also let me have a late checkout ❤ This property I reccommend to friends and family and anyone whos looking 7 stars ❤❤❤❤💃💁‍♀️

Great place to stay while on business.
Felt great to "come home" after working rather than a boring hotel room. Loved the screen porch for viewing the hustle and bustle of the city. Coffee, water and snacks were a great compliment. 2 blocks to "Ray's in the city" restaurant which is superb. Thank you Fran for making this so easy.

Simply perfect.
Concierge building, so easy check in. Building itself, beautiful lobby, clean and very quiet. The unit was clean, well furnished and very comfortable for me and my adult son. Large, screened in balcony was a great bonus. Owner thoughtfully provides the essentials (basic toiletries, cleaning supplies, pantry essentials, coffee, etc.) that you hope for but never expect. The unit itself was very quiet, not always the case in a downtown high rise. A few comments about location: 1 easy-walk block to MARTA station; a large CVS 5 minutes away with a nice grocery selection; restaurants plentiful; easy walk both north to midtown and south and west to centennial park area. The unit itself, the building, location and owner communications - all simply perfect. We have stayed twice and this is our top choice for a 2-3 person Atlanta stay.

Great For a Weekend Getaway!
We had a wonderful time staying at Franita's condo for Dragon*Con weekend! The location is wonderful, the condo was clean and nicely furnished, and the screened-in balcony was amazing! We enjoyed sitting out there and watching the parade and all the con-goers. Fran was very accommodating as we were not able to get into town to check-in until after 10 PM. The building felt very safe with a concierge at the front and a key fob required for entry. We hope to come back next year!

Well, we got a late start to the weekend. Thank God Mrs. Fran was very accommodating with our late arrival. The place was very clean. Just what we needed it for a short getaway. We were in town to see a Braves game. The Braves lost but we still had a great time. I would refer this property to anyone. Atlanta is a big city. It was nice to be in the middle of everything. INVITING, COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT.
Overall it was perfect for the Americasmart IDS. The parking lot next door was iffy. However, we learned many years ago not to leave anything in your vehicle. The SUV next to ours suffered some damage due to an attempted breakin. Fortunately, the thieves were unsuccessful. There is no night time attendant. Our hostess, Franita, is attentive. Our stay was pleasant. We highly recommend, Franita's condo.

Home Away from Home!
I had the privilege of staying in this beautiful condo while on a recent trip to Atlanta. The location can't be beat, the concierge are very friendly and it's a safe and secure building. Fran is wonderful to deal with and is very quick to respond to questions! I was allowed to check in early upon my arrival and extended my stay for another day, with no problems. The decor of the condo is very nice and tastefully done, the bed was so comfortable, and the balcony was enjoyable! Everything about this place is so much better than staying in a hotel, it's so quiet and truly is a home away from home! The next time I am in Atlanta, I will absolutely stay in this condo!!

Great location !
Franita was absolutely amazing ! I failed to let her know earlier (before the trip ) that my son and I were arriving that morning. Since we didn’t rent a car, we were being dropped off with luggage. However , I contacted her and she totally went out of way to be there , have the room ready , so my son and I wouldn’t have to be walking around until 3pm in the city with luggage. Thank you so much again Franita. The view is amazing , the room was perfect for us . I would totally recommend staying there!! Just came home yesterday and this morning I was home drinking my coffee and was wishing I was still sitting on the balcony. Lol

Perfect downtown location within walking distance to restaurants and attractions.
Perfect accommodations for my husband, son and me. The condo had everything we needed including a wonderful screened porch that overlooked the Atlanta downtown scene. The owners were wonderful to work with and strive to make sure you have everything you need for a successful get-a-way.

Exceeded all expectations
I traveled to Atlanta for a business conference at the Marriot Marquis this past week and stayed at this beautiful condo for two nights. From the sweet welcome message on the chalk-board, to the little chocolate goodies left on the counter, this condo is an absolute steal in the downtown Atlanta. The location can't be beat, as most major tourist attractions are within an easy 5-10 minute walk, and with a secure entry and security guard on duty 24/7 I felt really comfortable coming and going at all hours. Fran was absolutely wonderful to work with, and I will definitely be returning here on future business trips.
