Bus 10 and 3 were very unreliable. Unless you have a car or call a taxi/uber, expect to walk to downtown or at least the train station. A lot of homeless persons in the area, feral cats, and trash. The apartment itself was great - clean, smelled good, beds were nice, AC and hot water worked, etc. No problems there. Just know the environment you're going to end up in.

Upon approaching the home , its not the safest to walk up to , other than that it was a quiet area, close to the StateFarm Arena ,the reason I booked this location..I would stay again if need be

Pros: The location to Mercedes Benz stadium is incredible, as mentioned (10 min walk)!!! We fortunately did the walk during the day. I don't think I would want to do that walk in the dark. The apartment is currently in a very urban area in downtown Atlanta. In addition some of the beds were comfortable and check in and checkout were easy. Cons: Unfortunately, the advertised A/C did not work during our stay. The apartment was mostly clean but there was a fly/mosquito situation inside the apartment. 3 of the kitchen chairs were missing parts/ broken too. The apartment also had an unpleasant smell. Communication was hit or miss prior to arriving and there has been no communication since sending our complaints.

I enjoyed staying at this home. It had all the appliances I needed, was clean and well organized, and had a good bedroom layout. The beds were comfortable, making our stay very pleasant.

If you are going to Mercedes Benz stadium then stay here. Walk to the stadium. It’s totally safe but the neighborhood (street) is being revitalized so it’s not all shiny and new. But it’s safe. Met the guys staying upstairs for a World Cup game. The ease and convenience can’t be matched. It’s not Buckhead but where else can you walk safely to the stadium. Tried to book 3 more stays but it’s already booked for remaining WC games.

The home was acclimating for my group. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to downtown as described. Only issue for the ladies wasn’t any paper towels. The home was fairly clean. But, The bathroom has black ants. We continued to kill and clean ants during our stay.

We stayed in Apartment A, it was a beautiful little apartment that has all the essentials for your stay. The furniture is all well cared for and the owners have great communication. It’s only around 10-12 minute walk to the Mercedes-Benz stadium which was great during the recent futbol game we attended. It is 10 minutes and less from all the other attractions such as Zoo Atlanta and the Georgia Aquarium. Thank you for helping make our stay a great one.

I had initially booked this property for two nights, but only ended up staying for one. The property was as listed as far as livable space, the rooms were a nice size and the bathroom was as listed. My issue is with the area that the home is in. It was not advertised that this was a part of town that is not necessarily safe. My friend and I were staying here with a child and it was not a place I felt was safe for two females and a young child to stay alone. I tried to reach out to the host to express my concerns but I got an automated response and the host never followed up with me. I understand they cannot move the property, but it would have been nice if they were transparent about the area. I would not pay the amount I paid to stay in that kind of location.

a great place to stay

me, my wife, and friends attended momocon atlanta for four days. this location was also pretty close to downtown atlanta near the mercedes benz stadium and the aquarium like advertised. the owners were very fast to respond to any questions or concerns we had. it’s also super close to a 24/hr burger king for those late night munchies.

I gave this property a 2 star review is because it was clean and there were no bugs. The condition of the inside was concerning. There are 2 holes in the ceilings; one in the living room another in bedroom #2. There’s mold or mildew with a bad repair job on the bathroom. Uneven floors in another bedroom and parts of the floor in the living room/kitchen area had little support when stepping on them so the floor dipped when stepped on. The neighborhood is very concerning as well. Reviewing previous reviews someone had complained about the holes in the ceiling in October 2025. Our stay was April 2026. I do not recommend staying at this property.

In town for Messi

Very quiet in the house, and loved the ample room (3BRs) to spread out our group of 5. Just a few short walkable blocks for easy access to Mercedes Benz stadium.A few cosmetic quirks experienced during our stay were handled professionally by our contact, and we were assured are being addressed for future tenants. Others may be less tolerant of such items that occasionally crop up in an obviously older home.

Appearance:The home was generally clean upon arrival. The floors and countertops were very clean, and the beds were neatly made with fresh, clean sheets and towels, which I appreciated. However, there were some noticeable maintenance concerns that took away from the overall experience. There was visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling, which raised concerns about ventilation, as the space did not seem to be properly ventilated. In addition, there was a hole in the living room ceiling that appeared to have been left unrepaired. The exterior could also use some attention, as the grass was very overgrown, which made the property feel a bit neglected upon arrival.Neighborhood:The neighborhood itself was okay and felt relatively convenient, especially for access to downtown and nearby attractions like Mercedes-Benz Stadium. That said, the overall experience was impacted by noise. Neighbors had a loud party that went on until the early morning hours, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the driveway may be challenging if you drive a low-profile vehicle. My car scraped due to the steep or uneven entry, so that’s something to keep in mind depending on your vehicle.Overall:Overall, the property feels quite dated and appears to have been divided into multiple apartment-style units. The floors throughout the home are uneven, which adds to that older, somewhat worn-down feel. While the location is a plus I would not book again.
