Easy walking to many restaurants and parks. The complex is in a gated area. This unit requires no elevator access. It is across from a beautiful pool, which is included in the rent. There are 2 rooftops, and also a gym. Secured Luxer lockers for package delivery. Google Fiber installed. Washer/Dryer in unit. Utilities billed separately.
