The valet was very busy. I had to drive around the block four times before a spot opened up in the valet line. There was a stain on the bench in my room and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The front desk people and the bartender were great!

PROPERTY NEEDS A MANAGER

They need to have a pet free room or wing of a floor. Big dogs little dogs. AC wasn't working correctly. They fixed that Tv wasn't working properly. Wasn't addressed No business center 1/2 of toaster wasn't working. 1 toaster overall Spilled food in elevator No towels at pool

I was very displeased that room I reserved was not given to me. I reserved 2 queens for 3 people. There were none available upon arrival, only a king with pullout sofa. One adult had to sleep on the pullout. The check-in clerk said this was because booking through a third part does not guarantee the room. This us poor customer service when the hotel knows your preference ahead if time, and still doesn't folkiw through honestly. There was no notice ahead of time about the change. It's quite a dishonest practice.
